Extremely disappointed. Basically sugar, water and ice and fake flavor
The smoothies are always on point! But the customer service is horrible. There are a bunch of kids working at this location and that is fine, but they don't greet you or anything. I walked in and stood in front of the register, then the slim girl (with a short haircut and purple highlights in her hair) turned around and started talking to a coworker. Then after like 3 mins she is going to turn back around and ask me if I have been served, come on, you just saw me walk in!!! One time I came in and one of the girls at the register just stood there and said nothing. You guys need to train those young people the right way.

Today I went to tropical smoothie and ordered my meal through DoorDash the dasher forgot my chips which was cool. But then I went to grab my meal which was the chicken bacon ranch on flat bread that was totally burnt. i asked for them to remake my food and the manger and the staffs refuse to make my food over. Very in professional!
Kids run they place and we’ve had wonderful service!
Thanks for the great smoothies! Chocolate peanut butter is my favorite. Let's face it, it's a giant shake! The wraps are good, too. ?
Great place love the staff clean ❤️ I love the fact there open early I work at Pitt Street Pharmacy so it's convenient as well
