Smoothies are smelly but the employees are stinkier ?
That guy Wayne is a bully. He is extremely rude to customers and sometimes even the workers. I come in very often and always see it. So bad.
Placed an online order for a sandwich and smoothie earlier today. I have no complaints about the sandwich, but the smoothie was awful. It was not blended whatsoever. When I tried to take a sip I couldn’t even get anything through the straw because the fruit chunks were so big. I ended up having to finish blending the smoothie at home but it still didn’t taste the way they usually do at other locations. I love tropical smoothie but if I’m going to have to finish preparing my food at home then I might as well just start making my own smoothie..
Really just made me the best smoothie.

I walked into this place with my girl friend on a beautiful, sunny monday afternoon to purchase two smoothies.When i walked in, the staff looked up for a second and went back to what they were doing. Not a single “hello” or “welcome”.I walked up to the register and waited for about 4 minutes in silence before one of the kids walked up and asked “what can i get you?” with the most zombie like expression on his face and a boredom of a dolphin in the dead sea. I continued with “good afternoon, how are you doing?” but it was like talking to a robot on 20% battery.After ordering, i waited another 13 minutes to get my two smoothies because aparently 12 mobile orders came in from the white house.I was awkwardly handed the smoothies. (she was holding both smoothis in one hand completely sideways and stuck the straws inbetween her fingers)No “thank you”, no “have a good day”, no “come back and see us”. Not even a smile.The owner must be very proud of his business bit incapable of leadership and training. I felt like i was not welcomed and a burden to be honest. I would rather go to a colonoscopy appointment than to this place.Horrible experience and a place that has no business to be in our beautiful coastal town.Be thankful for your customers. They pay your bills!
