The place was not busy at all. I think two other parties dining. I walked in and the hostess said there is a 15 minute wait and walked off. We ordered an appetizer to share. It tasted like it sat in the garbage for two weeks and was pulled out and reheated for us. It was awful. I will never go back. The staff there we not remarkable but not rude either. Our waitress was pleasant and I actually feel sorry for her because she needs to work somewhere where the food matches her skill set. Needless to say after three bites I was done and we wereAll sick the next day. My bill was $75 for two appetizer and two margaritas.

Had soup and salad broccoli was hard in the soup and croutons was stale in the salad..... won't be going back..... the other person that was with me had there food taken off the bill cause they had the same thing as I did

I stopped in for the first time in probably 10 years recently. I’m not on that side of town often so it was a random stop in. It was busier than I remember them ever being but we still got sat quickly. The bartender and server were both attentive and got us drinks and apps out quickly. I thought it was reasonably priced and solid for chain restaurant grub. I would stop back in and meet friends if I was over that way again.

Great Food and Great Service. Our server had a very pleasant attitude ?

The best experience I have ever had. Not only was the triple dipper fabulous; but I had the BEST margarita served by an authentic little boy. I tried to go back but he doesn’t work there any more. I missed you Nicky J!

Great service and food cooked just right!

Stopped in for dinner. I had the bacon cheeseburger, cooked well. The food was delicious! It's been awhile since I had a totally satisfying burger. The flavors were awesome! The margaritas were fantastic! And, the service couldn't have been better!

2 adults and a 4 year old for $84 ?no desert, no alcohol and no refills. I remember when I could feed my family of 4 for less.

This visit fell far below TGIF's standards and our expectation! Our server was Great, Redale! He did everything he could to fix all of the issues with our food. Our appetizers combo took forever then when it came out the food was so overcooked it had to be sent back, but our food came out right after our appetizer was delivered. My son's steak was raw so it had to be re-fired. The Manager took my son's entree along with his silverware. So, the add -on chicken breast that he ordered sat on the table unable to be eaten because he had no silverware. When the appetizers came back out he had still had no silverware. We looked around for some and to try and get someone's attention without any luck. My son got up and tracked down our server in the kitchen / pickup area waiting for our food. He got him silverware, sent the cold chicken breast back and had a fresh one made, the Manager finally returned after 20 minutes with my son's entree. When the appetizers came back out they were still overcooked. The boneless wings were so hard that you couldn't cut them with a steak knife. The marinara sauce was old, so thick, had chunks of chicken in one cup and was burgundy in color and cold. Nothing was offered for all of our wait, re cooks, food that we couldn't and wouldn't eat safely. Our server told the Manager about all of our issues but not even an apology was given. He was consumed with taken down pictures, street signs, and chatting with a group of employees about who was getting what. Probably why our food was wrong and took forever.

We were seated quickly and our drink order taken. The server was attentive and pleasant. The food arrived hot and in a reasonable amount of time. The strip steak was juicy but not as tender as I expected. The mashed potatoes had a good taste and texture. The lemon broccoli had a good taste but was a little mushy. Considering everything it was a pleasant meal.
