Rancid oil used.. biting into crunchy tacos and nearly puked... not feeling well low at all. This place never gets orders right and has the worst customer service.. the rancid oil flavor on everything tonight was our final straw.
This Taco Bell is the WORST!!!! Don’t waste your time!! I went here about a month ago and was waiting in line at the drive thru to put my order in, the employee over the speaker asked me to hold on so I did. 20 minutes passed and a line was backed up behind me so I leaned out of my window and said “hello?” And the employee responded irate saying “I SAID HOLD ON THERES ONLY TWO OF US WORKING HERE!” So at that point I just pulled off.I decided to try and give it another try last week, it was about 5 PM, place is open with workers inside- so I pulled up to the drive thru again and waited. And waited. And waited. No response from anybody, that was my last straw. I pulled off and I will not be returning. Joke of a place
We were the only customers there at the time of our visit but the cashier was super friendly and welcoming.
never in my 20 years of going to Taco Bell have I ever been treated like this. They close when they feel like closing. I went and ask for a bean burrito at 8;40 (20 min before they close) and said they were closed and then proceeded to tell me if I wanted Taco Bell I should walk in and ask for an application?. The one in town center is better anyway…
Even though most businesses are now allowing inside dining this location is still drive through only. Too many other businesses to choose from.
Love Taco bell but this location is usually not open even for its normal posted business hours??
Beefy 5 layer burrito was delicious, especially with 4 Diablo sauce for each. However, price does vary. Online menu for this burrito is $2.99. Was charged $3.59. In Georgetown this item is $2.69.So when in Charleston order online for the $2.99 price.
Always closed or out of every item on the menu. Have not caught them open regular hours in months. Pulled up to drive through and a worker answered and stated he was left there alone and not taking orders. Location just needs to be closed.
Hours are not accurate or employees are extremely lazy. Drive through is never answering during normal hours.
Never open when they say they will be. You'll see people working inside. Lights are on, drive through menu is lit up. Hours say they should be open, but the doors are locked and no one is answering in the drive through.
