Have gone twice on Fridays night between 9:30-10:15, lights off and staff outside flagging people to leave from the parking lot. The hours or service are until 1am. Once I can understand but twice that’s just bad managing and staffing
This is the ONLY Taco Bell in all of Charleston that gets my order right and I am SO very appreciative of that. They always follow my substitutions and never get my Mobil order confused. It’s also the only TB where the employees don’t act like you insulted their family when you ask a question, always kind to me. Whoever the manger is deserves a raise and the employees are the best. Thank you Coleman TacoBell for not disappointing me when all others do ?
I’ll say this restaurant use to not be good for awhile, but I went yesterday and wow a complete 180, people running drive through nice, cooks are making good food again, all I can say is one of the better experiences for me. They need a renovation though
This does not apply to all employees there but the soft gentleman that works at night refused to fulfill an Uber eats order saying that they didn’t have any more orders. That was not true and if it was he had the power to cancel the order on his end. I understand workers want to go home late at night and close 15 minutes early but it’s incompetent, lazy and inefficient. Stop making people drive there for no reason.
Got bean burritos beans for dinner brunt crunchy not soft soft and chewy like normal turn around and go back to get fresh food kind of waste of gas
Closed on Saturday night before 12 except to door dash??? Cmon. Absolute trash, just like the food I wanted to eat.

Terrible ... I'd give 0 stars if I couldThey put cheese on my Al fresco bean burritos, even though receipt shows they put "no cheese" on my initial order. I did not notice cheese until after halfway through. Since I am lactose intolerant I now I have to deal with upset stomach and dhahrea from their mistake . Taco Hell has become slack... just threw out rest of lunch. Not good like it used to be.
I ordered unsweet tea and received sweet tea. Two of my tacos were cold. The girl working at the drive-thru window had a bad attitude and was more interested in texting on her phone than listening to me and ensuring a correct order. I'm really growing tired and weary of people in the food service industry who care nothing about service.
Terrible. Not taking orders 2 hrs before closing time. If they take your order it’ll be wrong every time.
