This place was completely unprofessional. My husband did not receive a complete order. We got 2/12 of our family meal tacos. Once he got back to our hotel, we realized it was missing and he immediately went back to receive the remainder of our order. Once he arrived, he informed them part of our order was missing, and rather than apologizing for the inconvenience/extra gas spent due to THEIR error, the manager told him that she knew the tacos WERE in the bag, and even asked him to see in the bag. How infuriating that she would imply that we were lying. I personally called her to let her know that it was incredibly rude and bad service for her to have accused my husband of lying, and she proceeded to argue with me over the phone. I NEVER reach out to corporate, and always give the benefit of the doubt coming from the customer service/restaurant profession myself, but this was truly bad service. Don't waste your money at this establishment unless you want to be inconvenienced and accused of attempting to pull one over to get some extra taco bell......
This is one of those locations that should just close. If your order wasn't wrong it's because you couldn't even get food. Either they have to close early or randomly, out of stock on things, or their systems down. If you're craving the bell, don't drive out of your way to get here
Pulled up to the drive-thru window at 9pm, two cars in front of me. It took 15 minutes to get to the ordering point. Then I sat for at least another 15 until my order was taken....Then I was asked to tell the other six cars behind me that I was the last person being served! Thanks for putting me in that situation Taco Hell! It was only 9:30 at this point and they close at 10pm! Customer service is going to hell in a hand basket and these employees are getting paid $15/hr for what?
I was here for 15 minutes there was no sign stating they were closed there was employees inside. Waited at the drive through for a bit seeing as they were just opening and probably needed some time to set up, but no one ever answered we pulled up to the window no one was there we parked my boyfriend went up to the door it was locked the employee stared at him but didn’t signal for what to do or if they were closed drove around the drive through again and still no response called twice no answer another employee walked out to the employee in the lobby and both just stared at the car. The sign said open from 9-11 daily so if that’s not the case maybe the business hours need to be updated so customers don’t feel embarrassed or dumb when they’re unsure of what’s going on.
9 pm workers inside, but they don't answer to go-drive thru at all. Guess you will be leaving Mount Pleasant very soon, especially with the city meetings coming up. Guess it saved me from the 2 am runs.
Forgot half the food I paid 25$for. Not happy. Bad service, forgot my drink when ordering (it was not added but was clearly ordered) so I was offered a small expensive baja freeze instead of the large I ordered, had to wait out front to get food that was ordered, did not receive all the food and got NO SAUCE FOR 25 DOLLARS OF TACOS
I ordered 8 items, and they put 2 bean and cheese burritos in the bag to be delivered by grubhub. I have never heard of an order being that messed up. Waste of money. I will never order or go to this restaurant again.
Absolute shi7hole. Placed a pickup order at 930pm,walked over and the place was locked at 935pm. The employees closed up early and ignored me thru the door. Embarrassing. Literally 5 feet away from me pretending i didnt exist. Pre paid and everything. Yall literally have bums working here. Closing up early and just ignoring customers as they lounge in the booths txting. If u own this franchise, check the cameras at 940pm feb 20, 2022. Ur employees are stealing from u, and me
Zero stars for the fact that NOBODY served us tonight, on a Sunday at 07.00pm. Lights and computers were on inside, but nobody to answer neither the drive thru nor the window. We circled around for 10 minutes, even honked, nothing.
Had a door dash delivery to my hotel. Food was warn, tasty and fast. Got the 15 buck 2 person meal. Nachos, burritos, tacos, etc. I don't eat fast food often, but this convenient and really hit the spot.
