My all time favorite. They are the best with everything. They pass with A+ in every category. Cleanliness, friendly, pleasant attitudes, smiling ?, always get my order correct, and fresh food.
Wow.. just wow.. I was never treated so rudely in any kind of fast food restaurant ever before. Staff was mumbling comments under their breath because I couldn’t distinguish one cheese from another and were almost angry with my order.. they didn’t talk with or look at me until I asked for a few more onions which they wouldn’t give me. I told them I would be paying extra, I just wanted some more onions but they simply told me no. I didn’t want anything else than lettuce and onions so I didn’t see a problem with my request and I asked really nicely for it like three times but they acted as if they couldn’t hear me. I’m pregnant and just wanted some more onions on my sandwich but instead they almost made me cry with their rudeness. Never again, those people are just mean.
I ordered the house salad. It did not have very much chicken on it. No french fried onions. It was the worst salad I've ever had from Zaxby's. I won't go back to that Zaxby's on Highway 78 University Boulevard
The black lady was extremely rude to me and everyone in the store. She even refused to sell me more than one sandwich. And this was after she left half way through making my first sandwich for 10 minutes. Turns out she took a bathroom break mid sandwich making…

This store advertises it closes at 8pm. We walked in at 7:40 and was told they were closed. They had already put the food up. Why advertise 8pm when you really close at 7:30pm. False advertising and very poor customer service. I will not waste my time again by coming back here.
