Tried this location for the first time today. The service was quick and attentive and the food came out fast. I tried the Don (cold but toasted bread and cheese) w/pasta salad and slice of the cheese pizza. Everything had tons of flavor and you could tell how fresh everything was. The cherry pepper relish on the Don sets it off from a normal Italian sandwich and the sauce was exactly what I like in a slice. Great first experience. Stop in and check these guys out.
We order the same lunch every week and for some reason, ALWAYS have to wait over half an hour for the side salad. Today, I find that extremely frustrating, because the table sat AFTER us ordered a grilled chicken salad and received their salad first. Ours just had lettuce, onions, feta cheese, and salad dressing. Instead of fluctuating between Wednesday and Friday of different weeks, it's probably time to do what some of our favorite staff has done and find a new place to go.

Great service from young staff, above average pizza. We came in with our family (3 adults and two small children) after striking out at other nearby restaurants that were overbooked. We were warmly treated by a young host who helped get the kids settled with crayons and high chairs. Any parent will tell you, any help with kids goes a long way. Next the waitress came out and took drink and app orders, which were served within 10 min. Main dishes took longer, maybe 25 more minutes but it was the dinner rush. Food was hot, tasted good, and fairly priced. Portion sizes are generous and everything was flavorful. Outdoor seating was really nice with the kids. Servers were all young but very polite.
Tonight my family and I came here for the first time. My experience : the hostess was kind and quick to seat us. *Note- it was not overly busy.Our waitress came and took our drink orders in a decent amount of time. From there we waited a minute to put in our appetizer order.After that we waited twice as long to place our main order and then waited a very long time to receive our meal.During that time our waitress only brought 2 of my family members refills and no other refills was offered for anyone else for the rest of the duration of our 2 hr time ! Our waitress walked so quickly by our table a few times without even making eye contact that I couldn’t ask for refills or let her know we were ready to check out.I sat and waited with my debit card on the table so I could pay right away as soon as she came back.Review foe the food - the Parmesan bites were good, the calzones ( one person liked it the other didn’t like the cheese)The god father weggie looked amazing and that person ate the whole thing !My Cajun chicken pasta, was bland and not Cajun at all.Overall- it was not horrible but the waitress could do ALOT better at serving her tables and better people skills.The cook that came out seemed very friendly.
Not sure why all the negative's unless those people are just too hard to please. This place was AWESOME!!My wife and I were in town for a convention. I wanted pizza but not from a chain location. I found Steel City on Google and decided to give them a try. We ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, 6 wings with BBQ and my wife ordered the buffalo chicken dip. The person I spoke with on the phone was Jacob. He took his time and answered a couple questions that I had about the menu. He wasn't rushing me to hurry up and get off the phone. He did say the order would be about an hour and a half. I told him that was fine I just wanted the food hot. Well, the food actually got to the hotel in about 35 - 45 minutes and it was very hot.The pizza was soooo good. Lots of pepperoni and cheese. The crust was cooked just the way I like it. The wings were very meaty, and the BBQ sauce was on point. My wife LOVED the buffalo chicken dip. She dipped it in the ranch dressing and the first thing she said was "I bet this ranch is made in house" (I later found out it is)Overall, a great pizza experience. I would definitely go back when I am back in South Carolina. Take the negative remarks with a grain of salt and try them for yourself

Very tasty pizza! Great salad. We got the Large salad and it was enough to split among 4 of us. Large pizza fed the four of us as well.
We either order from them or Grimaldi's for the best tasting pizza.They have more than pizza and they deliver
Stopped for pickup. Wasn’t quite ready so I had a beer. Bartender, Don, served me. What a very respectful person. He was always on the move, asking folks how he could help them. Other staff and customers came to him. He was always so polite .We also enjoyed the white pizza and wings. We shall return. Great experience and good food. Can’t complain with such a polite employee.
