The staff was extremely patient and very fast with my order, I made a large order for my work there was over 20 coffee’s they had to make. Good customer service. Thank you!!!
Great service & very consistent on drinks. Caramel Ribbon Crunch is one of my favorite. Memi usually does my order and she is awesome.

Staff is very nice and high energy in the mornings which is awesome and very impressive (I'm not a morning person). 4/5 for drink making, my drinks are always hit or miss

Unfortunately this location is full of issues. Drinks are rarely made right. Seems like nonstop new people working there and I understand they are new but they also need to be trained properly and the drinks going out to customers need to be made correct. They are not. It’s been a lot of wasted money lately but no more…
Initially excited to have a Starbucks nearby but this one has been here for over a year and always has long wait times whether inside or outside, their hours are always abbreviated because their short staffed. They claim to be neighbors but don't have any staff that lives in the Huger/Cainhoy Community that I know have applied and never hired. I'd rather drive an extra 10-15 minutes to the Starbucks in Oakland Market shopping center a bit further up.
I used to live this Starbucks with a drive -thru bit the recent management changes have not been favorable. The shift manager Jay is rude and has no customer service skills.
