Coffee is good and that is the reason I go here, but the location and how it is crammed into a tire shop parking lot makes me feel cramped!I worry that the drive through and parking lot will result in a fender bender!
So close to right. Staff was great and fast buutt (3.5 stars really) They are doing double work or making customers unhappy but don't know it.I'm here on vacation and it's the only actual Starbucks that is open before 8.The first day I ordered a flat white I received what looked like a poorly made latte. They made it again but I had to ask for extra foam to ensure there was any and then not enough coffee. The foam is important on a flat white and the risto shots. For me, I shake sugar on the top of the firm foam so it's important to my drink experience.The second time I went in on Tuesday the girl got it 100% right!3rd time, again I received what looked like a limp overly milky latte.Clearly the staff needs retraining on their flat white, they are getting the resto shots wrong or they are not doing the risto shot at all. They came out over milky and with zero foam.I didn't have them remake the 3rd time.Synopsis: the people need to be retrained for their flat whites, they are sad and tasteless.Outside of that, the staff was pleasant and the location was clean and service was fast. However, I don't care how fast the service is, if my coffee is not right and there's a pressure to not correct staff as a customer, please help your staff do better with this drink.
Normal venue. Maybe work with the employees a little to listen more carefully to the customer so that the customer doesn't have to repeat themselves (more than once).That is frustrating.Drink was correct.
Good, quick crew but a little tight getting through the drive thru.
The employees are so nice, and I know that they are short-staffed right now, but their drive through is always so crowded. Budget at least 15-20 minutes during peak hours. Super inconvenient parking lot, too (not the employee's fault), but they have very limited spots if you want to park and go inside.
Always crowded but never takes more than 15 mins for me in the drive thru. I'm a huge starbucks person and every location makes my drink differently. This location always makes it right :)
Great location and friendly staff. Don't be scared off by the small parking lot. I would recommend walking in if the drive-thru line is long.
Matcha tea taste like fat free skim milk. Ice latte espresso doesn't taste like other Starbucks .All depends on who makes it but the Starbucks standard should be the same at all the locations for the price you pay for it.
This is the laziest and slowest Starbucks in South Carolina. Absolutely the worst. They can be fully staffed and yet just stand there, lost instead of helping a coworker or another customer. There was a 35-40 min wait for 2 drinks! They messed up the order and the manager butted in and was no help she was rude and yelled at the customer instead of fixing the order. McDonald’s moves faster than this place.
Staff was very nice and friendly but my husband ordered a iced coffee and only wanted a splash of milk. The first coffee they made was almost white in color which was obviously more than a "splash". The next coffee was very light brown as if they didn't re-make it at all. We just took it because there was a long line of cars behind us. Staff may need more training.
