So thankful this location in Mount Pleasant is open until midnight; I work late nights at the hospital and Sonic is the ONLY place I have been able to get a delicious meal fast! The employees at night are pleasant and courteous even though it's late. The food has always been served fresh- the burgers are hot and buns have not been microwaved - yay! Plus the building and area is well lit so when I'm sleepy I don't run over the curbs.
Waited my whole lunch sitting in line trying to order. There were cars in front of and behind me so I couldn't leave. Walked inside and was told the person just got the head set on and someone would be with me shortly. Ended up leaving after people in front of me left. Horrible service. Stupid wait times.Response to owner...I did call. And was put on hold for 8 mins before I finally hung up.
Drove out of my way to pick up food here because Google Maps said it was open, but it was closed due to maintenance. Please update your hours online, even if the change is just for one day. It's so easy to do.
People were hit or miss. Best mozzarella sticks and really good limeades. The service is ok, not alot of hospitality but if you're looking for a quick snack on your way home it's great food....you'll be waiting a while to get it though.
It is fine but don't use their app. I ordered a couple of blasts and the machine was down. When I arrived and checked in with the app. They just marked them as picked up and let me sit there. Never told me they were never coming.
My food is always right, and they do the absolute best that they can given what they are working with.Recommend using the app to order as it's always happy hour on the app and you are often given half off coupons for other items.
Worst Sonic ever. Took my order ,confirmed, watched as I sat in the parking lot for for 20 min, and then told me they were closed and no offer to refund. The whole staff shod be fired. I am looking into legal action since they stole my money and gave me nothing.
Sonic lists their hours of operation as 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. We arrived there at 10:00 PM and were told they were closed for the day. What happened to that last hour? Guess they clean up then. We're not going back there again!
I pulled up there at 10:00 and their websites said they closed at 11:00 but they were already closing at 10 but they let us order and paid for our food .. so here it goes we got our food but didn’t get the whole thing and when we asked if we could get the rest of our food or our money back they told us to come back the next day. Our fries were burnt like they dipped them back in the fryer and the bacon on my burger was crispy black everything was just nasty and something needs to be done
It says they close @ 12am but I got there at 10:30 , hit the red button to order along with many other cars who pulled up around the same time as me, and after 10 minutes of waiting, no one answered. I along with every other car, left. Waste of time. If y’all are understaffed then put a sign up so people don’t think that the workers just aren’t doing their jobs. We saw people inside .. Just felt ignored. This review is coming from someone who works in Food and Bev.
