This place was amazing. I love the outside seating by the water. The dolphins played and made the experience even better. The staff was very nice and the food came out hot and pretty fast. The outside was kept very clean. The food and drinks was sooooo good. Will definitely come back

Ordered take-out and waited a long time to get our order delivered at the bar. Found out it was someone else's order when we got home. Returned the order and had to wait for our order all over again. Assured that it was correct this time, we took the order out of the bag to find that the grilled chicken salad had no chicken on it...charged $4 extra for the missing chicken. Never again here for this family and friends.

Beautiful location and great atmosphere. However my food experience was average. We had the loaded nachos for an appetizer which were pretty good. For our entrees we had fish tacos and the poke bowl. Both were a bit fishy tasting and not that great. If I were to go back I think I’d stick with the bbq or brisket. We had some bbq on the nachos and it was tasty.

I'm really not sure where to start. Do I start with the "bathrooms" in front of the restaurant that are leaking into the parking lot, especially after a rain or do I start with the mediocre service and food we received? I do not typically leave poor reviews, but just wanted to express my thoughts so that they could possibly help others. For the record, our party included myself, my son and his girlfriend--we were in town for a baseball tournament and this place was recommended. We went on a Tuesday night, around 6:30. Our drinks were diet cokes and waters...never got refills on those--actually had to go to the bar at one point to ask. Food wise---the shrimp tacos were really good, trash can nachos were good, grouper finger appetizers not good, Cowboy Wedge Salad ok (how can you mess up a salad?) For the price I paid, I honestly expected better... If you want a party atmosphere, want to drink, enjoy the scenery and don't care how your food tastes, then this is the place for you!

Been to Saltwater Cowboys often for drinks - you can't beat the view. BUT... I was there last week for a birthday celebration and ordered the crab dip. Most sure what most people do but I like a cracker with a little dip not dip with crackers so we asked for a few extra crackers and were actually charged for extra crackers. Not in my 6 years in Charleston have I been to an establishment that charged extra for crackers. Its not about the two dollars but I can not believe the establishment is so cheap. There are plenty of restaurants in Charleston with a water view, I'd suggest you visit elsewhere. There are plenty of places that serve watered down Titos & tonic.

Delicious seafood. The grouper was so tender and sweet. The Mahi Mahi tacos and sandwich flavorful and delicious. Our waitress , Emily, was lovely and so friendly. Loved the atmosphere. We saw dolphin in Shem Creek being fed by the shrimp boats. Get a window side table if you can.

Their smoked wings are awesome! Loved them so much I bought their rub seasoning at their little store. The atmosphere there is great. It's a multilevel restaurant where you can sit outside , on the second floor, on the third floor or the roof top. Great view of the marina to watch boats pass by.

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We were told their barbecue was outstanding. We thought we would try it. My husband had the brisket and I had the turkey. His brisket was over cooked,, dry and cut the wrong way. My turkey did not have a smoke flavor and was totally tasteless. We would not recommend this restaurant. It did not feel clean,

This place was huge! They have a rooftop, patio, and inside. Great country music playing the whole time. The drinks were good and the food was fantastic. The price was average, nothing too crazy. If you like BBQ or seafood check it out!

We (2 adults/2 young teens) had a few recommendations to go here because of the setting but were warned to go early because later in the day it turns into a party bar. It looked fairly mild when we arrived around 2:30 but as we were waiting for a table on the deck things started getting busier. There was a DJ spinning tunes at a very loud volume and bachelorette parties poured through the door and made a dance floor out of the waiting area. We were seated RIGHT next to the DJ, which was way too loud for the teens and the waitstaff was kind enough to find us a new seat. After that, it was ok. Food was nothing special. My husband and I would have enjoyed the spectacle if we were on our own, but the kids really did not like all the commotion. I would avoid this place if I was with anyone under 21….there are plenty of other places to go in the area that might not have such a party atmosphere.
