Great tasting hoagie with both cold and hot sandwiches available...service was friendly and courteous. Not an ideal location
Mentioned a competitor while giving my order to the Owner and he started with insults. I stated "Those are your issues" and the Owner double-downed with personal insults. I took my order for 8 hoagies to Publix instead. I will never go back to this location.
THE ABSOLUTE BEST MEATBALL HOAGIE IVE EVER HAD!!! Service was incredible... Dining room was spotless and the employees were very cordial and helpful for my first trip there. The menu has something for everyone and isn't your typical sub shop. Can't wait to go try all of the other offerings they have!! ? ? ?

Admittedly, not the typical excellent customer service that I have received at other PrimoHoagies locations. Skip the Mt Pleasant location--you will be glad you did.

Not good! Order from somewhere else. I'm not sure if this place is under new management, but in two recent orders the sandwiches barely had anything on them. Things have really gone down hill and I will not be ordering from them again.
Primo is pretty good. Great staff and service. Their cold cut sandwiches are the best around. Meatball, not so much.
I absolutely love Primo Hoagies. That seeded bread is the stuff of dreams and the staff is always super nice. Their prices are admittedly on the higher side but this is Mount Pleasant.....$15 for a sandwich really isn't out the norm at all and you 100% get what you pay for.
Just left and had a d horrible experience , wish I had read the reviews first but $35 for a small and regular philly cheese for what you get is just crazy ,but maybe my sandwich would have been better if they would have taken the paper or plastic off of the meat before the cooked it . After pulling the third piece of plastic out of mouth I threw the rest of the sandwich in the trash and left. I would have complained to the staff but it was hard enough to order the sandwiches ,for none of the staff ,we dealt with were any ball of fire not really sure the young man that took our order even really knew where he was. Next time I feel like a sub I think I'll just ride a little farther down the road to Jersey Mike's
The Best authentic Italian subs in the south! Clean and bright. Miss the one in Myrtle Beach So much!!
