We do not like the door dash delivery!!! One girl sat in her car and in the parking lot for 20 minutes. We thought she was a customer and went to ask if she needed help, She said "No, I got y'all food." He car was FULL of fast food trash, our food we cold, sauces were misses for our order and the pizza was not in a heat bag. She just handed it to us from her window . She just handed us through the window. DO BETTER! You are sacrificing customer service for the sake of saving a buck. YUCK! The food is delicious they door dash is NOT ok
Ordering for delivery from this location is impossible. I have ordered two times for delivery from this Mt Pleasant location and they never deliver. I have tried to call them to find out where my order is and I get someone on the phone that is not local and is just a out sourced ordering service. The franchise owners need to look into this. In order to get my refund, I have had to drive to the store the following day just to get refunded because when you call their phone number, it goes to an out sourced ordering service. This is so frustrating!
Ordered stuff crust on one pizza and didn't get it on that pizza but it was on one that was suppose to be pan crust. This is the 2nd time that they have either not done stuff crust or it's on the wrong pizza. There has been multiple times I've ordered sauce that cost extra and when I get home an hour away there is no sauce and was told it was in the box. This is ridiculous
Curbed my hunger! I've always loved the pan pizza but this time I also got the boneless wings (mild) and they were delicious. Wheelchair accessible Covid friendly
I was a long time Dominos ordering person. After the last 3 bad experiences with them I thought I would try Pizza Hut Mount Pleasant. The team in this store is incredible… the food comes fast and is always great. I will never use Dominos again as they could never top Pizza Hut. Great job PH team you have my business for ever!!!
I'm giving it 3 stars because they are the slowest pizza delivery location and they are the only pizza hut anywhere that closes at 8pm. Even on weekends. Who does that?
The pizza was cold and took over two hours to arrive even though they quoted me a 47-57 minute delivery time, so…? Pizza being late but hot? Fine. Pizza being quick and cold? Sure. Pizza being cold and late? What’s the point.
We ordered stuffed crust pizza. There was absolutely no sign of cheese in the crust whatsoever. Furthermore, the pizza overall was undercooked. First time ordering from here, and it will certainly be our last.
Both of our pizzas didn’t have marinara sauce which we ordered. Also the bottom crust was still very doughy. This is not typical but was disappointed!
Terrible experience, ordered pizza at 7:06 pm, it is now 8:54 and still no pizza. When you call the store there is no answer and you are redirected into an eternal que waiting for someone to pick up. I understand being short staffed, but taking an order and not showing up is unacceptable.
