Ordered 2 pizzas on Sunday Feb 20 and it took three hours for delivery. I live 10 min from the store. On the papa Johns app you don’t get an estimated delivery time until after you pay. The original estimate was 90 minutes. I tried calling the store 12 times and no one answered. There is no way to cancel orders after they are placed. I will never order from this store or a Papa Johns again.
Called and ordered a pizza for pickup. They took the order by the place was closed when I went to get it 15 mins later. It was lunchtime by the way. How this location makes any money is a mystery!
You've lost my business for good and doing everything I can to deter any business from PJ. Had a case # from your corp office regarding issue from 12/30 and twice was told by corp I would hear from the local manager as well as corp to follow up only to not get any type of communication. Your local operations and lack of follow up as well as corp lack of follow up warrants my decision and influence. Was a fan, now gladly drive out of my way to not support you.
Worst experience ever. First I ordered a 2liter Pepsi didn't get it. Second ordered Buffalo wings and ccx received BBQ with hot sauce poured over them. Pizza also not very good. Will never order again!
Order NY style large pizza. Took 2 hours to get 1 pizza. Not to mention we ordered half pineapple and half mushroom(literally counted 4 pieces of each on the pizza!). Do not order from here…plenty of better places!
Beyond horrible service. Dont waste your time or money here. It took over an hour and a half for someone to tell me where my food was and I had to call corporate. Pizza is 30 minutes late and no one at the store will pick up the phone after those 30 MINUTES. I was hung up on twice but no one actually spoke to me. Take your business literally anywhere else unless you dont mind waiting over 2 hours for pizza and ignored by the store.
Worst ever…Order pizza at 6pm, at 7 called store to get update, but never got anyone after sitting on hold for 30mins. At 730 called Corp number to cancel order. Just now at 10pm got alert saying pizza is on its way. Worst service ever. No chance I ever order from Papa Johns again.
We placed an order a little around 5 pm on Friday 10/29/2021. We hadn’t received our order after a couple of hours, so we called and were told it’d be 30 more minutes. At 9:10 pm after our 4 kids already ate cereal and are going to bed, the delivery guy shows up. Never again.
Worst experience ever! Waited almost two hours for our pizza and half the order was missing. Will never order from there again!
I was hesitant to order anything from this place because of the reviews, but I've ordered two times - one online and the other over the phone. Everyone has been so kind and responsive when you get there. I'll definitely be back to this location.
