I ordered 2 large pizzas for the community center at 12noon on 4/29/22...but due to unforeseen delivery issues I didnt receive until 135pm...that wasn't a problem...however, receiving dried out, cold t pizza truly upset me n the children. Just a guesstimate but it should have taken about 30mins to prepare n bake...if the delivery was delayed why would the company send out 2 pizzas that were sitting under the heating lights for over an hour...when I received it was dried out & cold...I called back only to get the original guy who stated I will give u a credit...when I asked for his name he hung up on me...I needed to know who was making this offer for future reference...
Absolutely disgusting raw pizza. We ordered some wings and pizza. Pizza and wings were both cold not only that no meat that we ordered. We order papa johns often and this is by far worst experience. Manager on duty wouldn’t give his name and told us kick rocks. Horrible customer service and pizza all together. Health department should be looking into how they prep and serve. I’ll upload some pictures and send to corporate so they can verify everything and hopefully do better job on hiring people.
My 1 star is because you all had ONE employee taking orders and making orders. BRANDON was the only person working during my visit today. Even though he was ALONE he greeted every person that entered. Apologized for the wait. Never complained. This guy needs a raise if he is going to be running a store all alone with no help. Thank you Brandon for your services. Papa Johns do better!!!
Terrible. Ordered a pizza it’s undercooked and missing a couple of ingredients. Terrible service and pizzas. Manager on the phone was rude.
The last two times I have tried to order from this location my order has been canceled. The first time it was canceled after 20 minutes and this most recent time it was canceled after over an hour and a half of waiting. Website says they close at midnight and I ordered around 8:50pm and my order was canceled at 10:40pm. Will not be ordering again.
They actually dont know how to make a pizza. The toppings go on LAST guys. When you put veggies on first and then cover them in cheese nothings gets cooked properly, the veggies just steam and turn all mushy and make the dough underneath mushy with them. Look at one of the last pictures below this review, you can see the cheese melted ON TOP of the pepperoni. This isnt how you make a pizza. They all need new training.
Ashley is amazing! She was so sweet and accommodating! My sons Pre k class eats lunch at 10:30 so Ashley was kind enough to make sure I was able to order and pick up the pizzas 10Mins after they open! Happy birthday to our son who LOVES PIZZA!!! Happy mom + happy kids! Thanks so much Ashley!
I have never had such an ordeal trying to order a pie. Saw the NY pizza add diced to order, grabbed my phone. Decided to download the app. Had the pie plus toppings in the cart received total plus fees. Went back in to add a second pie figured if I was paying a 5$ fee I would make it worthwhile.The app kicked out my order and told me delivery was not available.I tried to call apparently got a hold of a call center who could not take my order. They transferred me to the local store. After a few some one picked up the line and simply hung up on me.I called the store a little farther up in MtP apparently received the same call center and was told I could not order delivery. I explained I had never had such a time ordering a pie and how I was just hung up on. They transferred me to that store while on hold a crazy computer guy voice tried to have a conversation about crust with me….. enough… I hung up and called a local shop. I knew better not even sure why I had the lapse in judgment.
The delivery was quick for a Friday night and the driver was very polite, this the 3 stars. The pizza deserved one star, as it had very little sauce and a few ingredients tossed in the middle (this was a regular medium Works). Yes, we had eaten 2 pieces when this pic was taken, but you can see it’s not like a Works pizza should look. A lot of money for this pitiful thing. Papa Johns used to be our favorite, but we won’t be ordering it anymore!
Wings were delicious and pizza was as well, just forgot to cut my pizza!!! ?♂️?♂️?
