Food was as expected and only reason for two stars, but the level of rudeness towards and disdain for the paying customers experienced during a Thursday evening shift will ensure this location is left off my list of go-to meals. Wish I could say it was just the lack of a welcome or thank you for your business, but far from it. Unless you are starving, many other places on Long Point to have a bite and not feel like a bother or burden to the employees who are upset about earning their pay. Out.
I ordered through Uber. I got a text saying my order had been started and was being made. When driver arrived they said they didn’t have my order. I tried to call them 4 times over a 10 minute period and they wouldn’t answer. I don’t know if it was Ubers error or Moe’s. But them not answering the phone or fixing the problem automatically makes it theirs. Fail.
Don't waste your time. A few weeks ago I ordered online, they gave the complete wrong order that I couldn't even eat... I attempted to call them over 30 times and no one answered and no voicemail. I tried contacting their corporate offices and have still not received a response. I decided to give them a second chance today. I showed up 5 minutes after my "ready time" for an online order and the people working their were sitting down not working. They asked my name and then eventually started making my order... Its just pointless to order ahead there, not to mention it doesn't look clean in there at all.
I came through last night 2 hours before they were said to close, they had absolutely nothing. My fiancé ordered my bowl while i used the restroom and a staff member said “why did she leave if this is her bowl” and was absolutely rude after that. We ordered a bowl and a burrito and it literally had nothing in it. My bowl wasn’t even a quarter of the way full. My fiancés burrito wasn’t even edible. There was more tortilla than anything in it. The rice was hard as rocks. We asked for queso in our food and got the smallest amount possible. We got a cup of queso and chips and the queso was over cooked and old and the chips were undercooked and greasy. The salsa bar was empty. When we got out to our car to eat and it wasn’t edible, I went to take it back and the doors were locked when it was 2 hours before close time. Half of the staff were just sitting around, doing nothing at all. If i could give 0 stars i definitely would. I tried calling this morning and no one will answer. Worst experience ??
Extremely unfriendly crew nothing properly set up and very dirty grills and fryer! it was disgusting !!! taco shells and queso were over cooked ,chips were under cooked , jalapeños were nasty in the way that they were chopped with seeds in them the quality of the food just did not stand up to anything good we will not be going back! Management and new owners have destroyed the reputation of what used to be a good place to go get some tacos and feel welcomed there is no welcoming attitude at all
I love getting moes after the gym but the two women who were working the front today were incredible rude to me when I tried to order I came in and they said they were only doing online orders, so I sat down and ordered online, but was having issues checking out. When I asked them for assistance they both looked at me and rolled their eyes. My family and I come here all the time and order catering as well for big events , but the service was so bad tonight they clearly didn’t want anyone in the building (I was the only customer there at the time). I won’t be ordering from this location anymore and probably moes in general..
Under staffed. Dirty tables. To go order take over 45 min. I feel bad for the staff that is here. They are trying to keep up with the demand. Only two employees for dinner rush. Step up management!
If this could be rated 0 stars I would give it that! The website would not allow an edit for the time slot and was stuck on default to asap. During checkout it would not let you checkout with ASAP selected. When asking the employees inside about placing an order, the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was instructed to drive to the other side of Charleston to the other Moe’s because this location was unwilling to help or accept any orders not placed online. Meanwhile employees behind the counter were standing around doing nothing.Absolute worst customer service ever and highly recommend that you don’t come to this location.
I would give this no star but I had to put oneThis is my piss poor salad from Moes on long point rd. It suppose to have corn pico cucumbers Blk olives japs cilantro south west vinaigrette! It had a couple chicken chunks couple Blk beans and old shredded lettuce. I have had bad take outs before but never did a review! Maybe I expected too much like what I ordered! This absolutely ruined my Friday night and I can’t believe this place is in business! It sucked plus lost $10 bucks! Who ever fixed this meal should not be in this business and does not care about customers! You’re Done!!
The staff were extremely nice. That's it. The restaurant was extremely dirty. Brown lettuce, messy grill, and what looked to be fruit flies. I almost walked out before I ordered but I had a hungry family. Food wasn't good and I'm pretty sick from it.
