8 pm, 4-26-22, 20 cars in the to go line, and your RUDE and CLASSLESS STAFF refused service to people who waited 15 minutes before they told everyone to leave. I have my recordings and only asked for a reason why I waited 15 minutes to be turned away, while being called names in front of the 10 year olds in my car. Good luck, but this wont fly in the city meetings next week!
Employees want more money to do less. Made my order on computer and was told my meal would be brought to the table.Instead they yell a number that I'm not aware of. I go to the counter, it's in a bag getting cold. I ask about my drink, Im told get your cup! McDonald's a place for disappointment and depression!
We came in for sausage n egg McMuffin combos with Dr Peppers. Food was great and hot as always at all McDonalds. The restaurant was very clean and nice. The bathrooms were clean also.
Clean interior and exterior. Professional and friendly drive thru staff. Outstanding accuracy of my order, great ease in placing the order and the staff are COVID compliant - mask wearing and social distancing. ????
Customer service was very prompt, I had just had foot surgery & came through at transition. Your ppl did not miss a beat, everything was Hot and Fresh. Take a bow team
My daughter and I ordered two sandwiches and one small fries. Order took unusually long and there was plenty of staff. The cashier was not friendly at all. Finally got the food and the sandwiches were cold and dry. The fries were decent though. Then, a guy comes out and asks if everything was okay and I told him that I usually don't complain but my sandwich in particular was cold and dry as if it was made yesterday and put back out for today. He said, "since we talked, he would have to tell his manager about it". Never heard back from him until we were walking out 20 minutes later and he just looked at us and didn't say a word. That was the worst Double Quarter Pounder that I have had in years. Oh, and we did actually hear some loud-mouthed woman very rudely barking orders in the back. I'm guessing that was the "manager". I wish I would have returned the sandwich, but since you cannot see them make your food anymore, I was hesitant in asking for another one..
Best McDonald’s in mount pleasant. Amazing customer service. Raphael is on the floor and assisting waiting customers to keep customers satisfied. This McDonald’s makes every other in Charleston look bad. Five gold stars for sure. Thank you Raphael.
TERRIBLE Service! Ordered 2 orders of 2 scrambled eggs with 2 sausage each. We confirmed our order at the payment window. We received one order of 2 egg and 2 sausage. We asked for the second order. They asked for the bag with the one order back. Then then came back with 2 orders of one egg and one sausage. They simply took the first order and split it in two!!! We said no, and explained our order again. They charged us $5 additional and we left with a total of 2 eggs and 4 sausage patties. And one packet of salt. What a fiasco.
Drive thru packed we walked in. 7 customers inside. Staff worked to get all orders out in a timly manner. 5 stars to all.
The slowest fast food I’ve ever experienced and my order is wrong 90% of the time. The staff is very rude too!
