If I could give this resturant negative stars I would! This is the worst, rudest McDonald's (and places) I have ever been to! They forget half of your order, over charge you for everything, they're rude to you at both of the windows, the manager is TRASSSSH!!!! I really don't know how else to explain that, rude and snarky with no regard to customers what so ever! I know we're dealing with an epidemic in lack of work ethic and people who want to work but surely they can find people who are better than this! I wouldn't send my worst enemy or a starving dog to this place, just being honest! Usually Mt Pleasant has a better reputation for their businesses. I am a store manager for a business in Mt Pleasant and I would never treat any of my customers this way, and I deal with escalated customers! Fire the manager and hire someone better because I'll never be back to this one!
I ordered mobile order and when pick up. Paraded at a mobile order spot put in the spot number to the app I then waited for about 10 mins still no one take the food to my car. I went in and found out the food was ready for long time but no one is taking it out to me. They then gave me the food and no one ever say anything about the delays.
Was hungry and needed fast. It wasn’t fast and I remembered why I don’t make McD’s a regular part of my diet. It has gotten less appealing, if you can believe it.
Above average McDonalds. Food was fresh and the kiosk was very pleasant. Personally I’d rather order through a kiosk over a grumpy cashier. I worked at this location over 30 years ago and I’d love to see these kids deal with the busses we used to get.
Haven't been in a while but I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. The workers were upbeat and friendly and made me feel welcome which hasn't always been the case.
Cashier was rude, hollered at us to use the kiosk to order instead of the counter when we had already used the kiosk and she was waiting on somebody else that didn't and just used the counter. And the last I read in McDonald's it wasn't against the law to use a counter instead of a kiosk.
Every time I go here, they always up charge my meals without me asking which causes me to pay more ! The people here attitude suck ! The food is always cold or taste like it’s been out for awhile. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to !
The service at McDonald’s is improving car! My food has been hot and fresh every time I’ve came through the drive they. My orders have also been accurate as well!
Not sure why this location is starting to be terrible. Long long waits in the middle of the day....closed when they aren't suppose to be and terrible attitude with employees! Time for a new manager... Waiting 10 minutes if not more at the speaker box after waiting 15+ in line is unexceptable. I was stuck in line or I would of never...
Typical McDonald's. Window people with no personality. Screwed up my really simple order. Asked for spicy McChicken, got a regular one.
