I use to love this place. I went for dinner tonight and had to repeat my order four times to the girl with earbuds on. They were out of the side item I like (not the first time) and she said she still had to charge me, to pick something else. When I said I do not like the other options, she simply shrugged her shoulders and asked will that be all? I said I do not think it is right to be charged for an item that you do not even have and I left. To never return by the way. I even asked her if I could substitute a cookie instead. She said no.
Two times , twice wrong. Wouldn’t suggest ordering unless you want a ticket that says your order but given the wrong food.
The food is good. SOME employees are nice. Others are off in la la land it seems. The bathroom is disgusting. Sorry not sorry. I mean I've been coming here for years and it has gone downhill a lot. I keep coming back in hopes of improvement each time because I really do like this place.
I like McAllisters, but location isn’t the best. There are numerous other reviews about the lack of cleanliness of the restaurant. They are true. It’s pretty dirty. The floors in the dining area and bathroom walls and floors are notoriously dirty. Today was particularly bad.
I love this place for my work lunch. I order online about 20 mins before my lunch break and when I pick it up it's nice and warm and ready to go. Food is normally portioned for one, so it's great for people who don't eat alot in one meal. Peach iced tea lemonade is my favorite thing there, 10/10 would recommend.
This place might have decent sandwiches, but they have the most disgusting bathroom in all of Mount Pleasant, and possibly the Charleston area as a whole. And it’s not a one off: it was equally disgusting all three times I have been there.It smells like a litter box (literally) that hasn’t been cleaned in a month.There are spots of human waste on the walls around the toilet.There was no toilet paper 2/3 times.The waste basket is overflowing with paper towels, which are all over the floor around it.There is toilet paper in the toilets (I guess they don’t flush the whole way).There is toilet paper all over the floor.The sink is dirty.This place is unsanitary. The employees also use these restrooms: I wouldn’t want them making me food ever again.

Online orders always wrong. I don't know why i keep ordering from here. I guess i'll learn someday, but it is often our last minute dinner choice. Probably order 2 times a month. They always get the order wrong. Even though its printed correct on the receipt. Whatever food comes with the order is usually decent enough i guess, but its a running joke in our family that it doesn't matter what we order, they will get it wrong. Compare the brocolli we received vs what it looks like on the menu
I ordered cantering for a large group of business associates. The order showed up with no plates, no ice, and not an assortment of chips (that we paid extra for). I called and was told I’d receive a discount by the Manager. Then when I called again to ask about it (was told I’d get a confirmation email and never did) she said my boss was going to call you so she called him again. He finally called only to be rude and when he didn’t like that I wasn’t accepting his lame excuses he hung up on me. So much for customer service. NEVER use this place for catering. They could care less if it’s good or bad.
I used to love going here and often used this for my business catering needs. I don’t know if they have new ownership but the place is now FILTHY!!! I let the girl up front know the ladies room was atrocious and she snarkily replied, “Thanks for letting us know.” No one from the staff cleaned it for the 30 minutes we were there. I started looking around at the floor covered with food and dirt and the filthy windows. I will NOT be eating there again anytime soon and I hope the Health Department pays them a visit soon.
