Food was good . Service was good. Chopped steak was asked for without mushrooms and was brought with mushrooms. They went to the back and picked them off apparently and took the dish back out without recooking it. My mom is severely allergic to mushrooms. This is where the company failed entirely. She is now bedridden and swollen. Have some respect for a request there is probably a reason. I will never return to this location and hope legal repercussions eventually follow the behaviors of this environment.

The waiter was awesome, he was super casual, funny, and had good timing on when to check on my friends and I. The food was great, the entree I got was the 6oz. steak and shrimp, they both were so yummy and cooked to my liking. Their version of the blooming onion with the sauce they provide is so good, the side Caesar salad was super fresh and crisp, and lastly the mac and cheese was my favorite part, it was cooked to literal perfection. I will say it is a little pricy but for all of the food I just listed it was well worth it.

We went here for dinner last week while in Mt. P because it was in front of our hotel. There was a very short wait, I think 15 minutes. The service and food was fantastic. True southern hospitality with our waitress. We'd definitely return.

Left tip bc waiter did his job and apologized. But $33 for a porterhouse steak and wasnt even cooked right. I brought my concerns up to Manager. His response " we have the best cooks" pretty bad at 18 i cooked steaks better then this head cook. I guess cooking steak right how somebody wants it is a lost art. i walked out of longhorns near charlotte Nc bc the porterhouse they brought me was no where near a 22oz and half of one side looked like freddy crougar had sliced thru it. A few years ago, But after explaining i wanted it almost medium well, pink& juicy but not bloody, it came out bloody. After paying for it i told manager and all he said was sorry. Didnt even offer to reduce the price or anything. Thats fine 1st and last time yall get my hard earned money.

My brother and I were in Mount Pleasant for a two night stay and had a great dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse. We both ordered the salmon, which was excellent. My brother asked our server, Jake, about the "handcrafted lemonade" and how that differed from just plain lemonade. Not quite knowing how to respond, Jake quickly explained how the "flavored syrups are added and stirred by hand, using a special long spoon". This put us all at ease with each other with a great sense of humor kicking in on both sides which lead to a fun evening with some great food. Be warned Jake, we will be back !

The food was Phenomenal. The best food I ever tasted I go here every year for my birthday because I love the food so much and the waiter were very Attentive but not all in your business. I extremely recommend this place but it is a little pricey

Hands down the worst experience I’ve had yet at a Longhorn. Been coming here for over 10 years & love them when I’m on the road as well. Not sure what’s happening to the one here in mount pleasant. Looks like they have new management. My steak came out before my salad and when I asked asked the manager about my salad he had the audacity to look at me like it was my problem & never apologized. My beer was empty for over 15mins and the bartender never even asked if I wanted another one or a water. Worst service I’ve ever had here & I love this place. Hopefully they figure it out, but I won’t be back for a while. Very disappointed!

As an entrance of steakhouse I stood at the table to be see it for about four minutes waiting on a host. As I stood at the host desk to gentlemen whom I assume to be managers based upon the way that they were dressed and their ability to just walk behind the bar past me just looked and kept going (so maybe it is normal for a customer to be standing at the host desk without a hose waiting to be seated). The whole walked me around the entire room (literally) in order to find the seat. When she sat me she told me that my server would be Tasha and that she would be with me shortly. Tasha being about six steps away from my table says to the host I’m not taking him or any more tables because it’s almost time for me to go. Please note that Tosha was taking the order of a table who walked in minutes before I did. Finally the saving Grace of the restaurant appears (Bobby) my new server starts with a joke to brake the ice and proceeds to put on a clinic on the guest experience. He knew the menu without looking at it He attempted to up-sale me multiple times without sounding pushy He got back to the table and immediately noticed that the add in that I requested were not on the plate and handles it with the kitchen The food was good with the exception of the cold double fried fries (this is when you let previously cooked french fries sit then flash fry (refry) then before they are served. There’s was a manager doing table touches and completely slipped my table (same gentlemen that passed me while I was waiting to be seated). He got the table before and after me but maybe a single dinner is not worth as much (beats me). Notes I was paid and check closed before Tasha’s other table (I’m pretty easy). Bobby found out that I was on vacation that made recommendations in places to see before I depart. Looks may be deceiving (I may or may not have tipped over 60% of my total bill because my server was better than my food). I believe in the guest experience and thankfully my server did also else this would have easily been a 1 star visit. Survey given less than an hour after returning to the hotel room. If you go ask for Bobby, you won’t be disappointed.

Wow the food here was so delicious! The service was beyond any other I have ever experienced. The manager even came out and greeted us and asked us how our food was which just showed how well he does his job I really loved this place! Will have to go back with my family.

This steak house is the real one, I enjoyed every bite of it, even it’s hard to finish ??
