Food is great and that's why I gave 2 stars. Online ordering customer service is the opposite. When you place an order, the app tells you to show up at a specific time to pick up your order. My order has NEVER been ready within 10 minute of the app scheduled pick up time. I would have received my meal MUCH sooner had I just gotten in line and ordered like every other walk in customer. When I asked the staff the reason for the hold up, they just say sorry.If you want to order Jersey Mike's, just don't use the app to order ahead. It won't be ready when you get there.

My question is, why am I using the app to order? The goal is to skip the line. So i get there and my sandwich is not ready, ok no problem. I am in line now, can you just make my sandwich? No, i am told I have to wait. The fuq? So I ordered my sandwich 30 minutes ago, and the guy behind me in line just got there... He is going to get his food before me.

$103.00 order and something is missing.... I don't have to tell anyone what traffic is like in Mount Pleasant. The only solution offered was come back or refund. Time is money. I'll take my refund and my business elsewhere.
Daivohn Is one of the most professional food and Bev staff I’ve ever met. Yes I know we are talking about Jimmy Johns, but I can promise you he will either own his own chain one day or venture out into a completely different industry and be extremely successful. I’m grateful to have met him and I’m sure the other staff have learned from him. Great job ??
Staff is always friendly and fast, everything is always clean. Best lunch you can get for $10 (daily special).
