The subs are incredible and they make it fast. They're a very nice and chill crew over there. Perfect for when I need to grab a super quick bite to eat on my lunch break!
Helpful team, always very nice. Had a Classic Italian mini with a fresh brewed unsweetened iced tea and salt/vinegar kettle chips.
We visited this location last year at the same time and things were wonderful. However when we visited yesterday, (3/7/22) things were not. While they were busy, we were there right before 12pm. There were at least 4 employees working. The guy running the line was rude to employees and customers. There were 6 in my group we all felt rushed to decide what bread we wanted, yelled at customers to line up in front of the bathrooms, yelled at an employee for refilling the drink station instead of being the cashier. Food was acceptable, not the normal Jersey Mikes that I'm used to at home for sure.While I know that employees are hard to find now a days, training and customer service will go a long way. If I was a local to this location, I would avoid it in the future.

Ordered online. Got there at the time it was supposed to be ready, wasn’t there. Got in line and waited till I was at the front. Told to step out of line, waited another 20 minutes. Got into line again. Saw 20 people that got into the store after my pickup time before they finally got to my sub.
Call multiple times didn’t answer the phone unable to order on the telephone service is pathetic

This was the last straw at this particular location. I had trouble with the DoorDash app working with Jersey Mike’s app. I am also a manager and cannot leave my building as the only manager here. When my food came it wasn’t what I thought I ordered. I called and spoke to the store manager Dayna Snyder. He looked at the ticket and said it was my fault for ordering wrong, not his mistake, about four times he reiterated this. I was trying to speak and he was talking over me saying if I didn’t stop talking he was going to hang up on me. He said the only thing that he could do was if I brought the one sandwich back now he would make me another sandwich which would be fine but again I had to have it door dashed because I can’t get out of the building. I understand completely that it was my error trying to quickly navigate through these apps while I was at work but I have never seen a store manager so rude so disrespectful so nonchalant and not caring and reiterating four or five times that this was my fault and it’s on me. I will never return to this location as this is not my first bad experience with them. 18.00 dollars later and no lunch. Thank you Danya for doing nothing to help this situation.
