We were gathering for dinner with family out of town. Partway through the meal the manager spilled some drinks and had to clean it up. My grandmother, who has industrial asthma started having a reaction to the chemicals in the mop water. She told us she had to leave but the manager gave her a rude glare and rolled her eyes. We explained the situation but the manager disregard us and left to the back. We wanted to speak with manager but she would not even talk to us.The server and the cook were amazing but the manager ruined the whole experience.
My Sister and I were running errands and decided to go to one of our favorite places where we know the food is GOOD and the Customer Care/Service is ALWAYS, ALWAYS on point!We were greeted by our Favorite Server and yesssssss, she seated us at our favorite booth.Okay, usually my Sister gets Original Buttermilk Pancakes, Eggs, Bacon and Hashbrowns and I would get the same except my pancakes would be Blueberries in and on top with coffees.....well this time she got the Sirloin Tips(Well-done) with Sauteed Onions, Scrambled Eggs and Hashbrowns...I got Onion Rings along with their Famous Cheese Burger(Well-done) with Red Onions, Lettuce, Pickles and added Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Mustard, Fresh Grounded Salt, Fresh Grounded Pepper and Yesssssss some TEXAS PETE HOT SAUCE!!!EVERYONE, PLEASE HEAR ME....We All Know That a Messy Burger Is A GOOODDD BURGEERRR!!YESSSSSSSSSS...IT WAS VERYYYY MESSY!But seriously....Always a GREAT place for a GOOD meal within reason$....so if it's for some Delicious Pancakes, a Great Cup of Coffee, Sirloin Tips or one of their Famous Burgers topping it all off with Fantastic Customer Care/Service...this is the place (IHOP, Mt. Pleasant) to good! Enjoy!

I am not eating here anymore. The owner is extremely rude and he normally works in the morning as a host. My reviews are always honest. If you're looking for breakfast, try eating at The First Watch in Mount Pleasant Towne Centre instead.
Busy location that seemed understaffed. We waited almost 10 minutes after being seated before being able to place our order. Then another 20 minutes before our food arrived. The table next to us that was seated after we were got their order before us. Food was good, and if in the area again I would give them another shot.

The server was very attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on the table as needed. She didn't keep pestering us until she felt we needed refills. Great service and food.
Kimberly is awesome and her service is flawless. I thoroughly enjoy coming to ihop for breakfast after a long and tiring 12hr shift. Love that I can find veggie options and I enjoy the veggie omelets.
We went mid day and the staff you could tell was tired. We were the only ones there, and it still took quite a while to come out while the waitress was not happy we were there. Mozzarella sticks weren't cooked all the way through, and the food was ok. 6/10
Waiter was polite and courteous wife ordered. Sirloin tip breakfast the meat was not chewable. Daughter had pancakes which was good and I had strawberry crepes which was ok. Bypassing that IHOP .
