I am left speechless…. As I have lived in Hong Kong for about 5 years I know what authentic Asian food is like which makes me a little bit biased. However claiming to be authentic is very much an over statement. The pot stickers were a catastrophic disappointment. Not only where they bland and flavorless but whoever cooked them that day clearly showed up to work high because they had dill weed and mustard on the side. I was very unimpressed by the layout of this food joint. I waited a solid 45 minutes for my food which turned out completely disgusting. I gave it one star because there is no option for a 0 star. I would like to see improvements but is unlikely to happen soon.
I’ve eaten here in the past and had no complaints. But I ordered food last night and there was almost no meat in the dishes. I got beef lo mein and shrimp chow mein. There was maybe 6 tiny slivers of beef and all lo mein. And Also 6 tiny shrimp and the rest vegetables. I know times are getting tough but that is absolutely ridiculous. I will never be ordering food from here again.
When you walk into the restaurant you are greeted by 3 tables blocking off the front door to the eating establishment. Once you have entered the corral, you are greeted with contempt. There is no dining in, there are no restrooms, there is only the horrible service and table blockade. Is this actually legal in sc? I wouldn't trust an eating establishment that shows such disdain for its customers or refuses to show you the condition of its restrooms and cooking area. Eat elsewhere this place is bad. Lo mein was soggy and poorly cooked.
Hands down, my favorite Chinese place in the great state of South Carolina. Everything is very fresh and the value is great. This food will 100% make your day.
Poor delivery service. If you don't mind waiting over an hour without a courtesy call, or text then this is the place for you. I called the restaurant to inquire about my order and he said the driver was just now leaving (an hour after I placed the order) All he offered was a quick sorry and hung up.
Was good. Check your order before you leave. I ordered shrimp lo mein and got chicken. It was good though. The egg rolls and chicken wings were really good as well.
Do not eat here. Found a roach in my food have pic to prove it
Delicious food. Good prices & customer service. Some dishes have too much MSG; tell them to take it easy...
The few negative reviews have almost ZERO to do with the food and everything to do with people complaining about slow deliveries (during a pandemic!). The menu and product is exactly the same as every other Chinese takeout place. But the food is always fresh and the Asian staff are always kind and professional. I'm a lifelong East Cooper resident an have tried everywhere. This is the most reliable by far!
