The 2 men working were very nice. I ordered 2 sweet & sour chicken combos, 1 w/ pork fried rice & 1 w/ lomein. I also ordered generals chicken w/ lomein. All 3 meals came with an egg roll and were hot when I picked them up. The one man who I had asked about vegetables even made me a small sample to try. I wasn't crazy about the brown sauce on them but it was a very sweet gesture. I paid about $40.00 w/ tip and I will definitely be going back!
The guy that takes orders up front is pretty rude but other than that they are good.
Golden Bowl when you need good take out, quick easy and delicious ! Thank You Golden Bowl :)
Chicken wings are 10/10Everything else is 6/10 not bad, not the best, but it will do. Chicken wings on the other hand, they must put something in them. They are just too good. Supper addicting.
Order online and ready for pickup. Friendly staff and good phone prices for the portions.
It's okay, probably better than most for Mount Pleasant but for some reason the Chinese food in Mount Pleasant at every restaurant leaves a lot to be desired... Kinda strange this area is lacking in Chinese choices...
Review starts off bad, but please read on because we are very happy with the service and food!We first showed up and they didn't have our order (better to call in an order than use online ordering), we got home and something was missing out of the order. Someone called from the restaurant and took it off the bill, and then insisted that they would drive us the missing food because of their mistake. Excellent customer service!!!!! And the food was so good. We appreciate them going above and beyond, and the food is great!!!! We have already been back!!
Great hot fresh soup and egg rolls. Wonderful staff
Ordered out tonight for a change, and don’t get me wrong the Golden Bowl is my go to and also meats has been. Tonight I got my usual, Mongolian beef, I was extremely upset to find out I paid $12 for onions... there was little to no protein whatsoever. Please look for yourself
First time, last time. The fried food was soggy; the pan-fried dumplings are made with wonton wrappers (not dough) like amateurs would use and fried in a dirty pan; and the spicy pork with vegetables was ALL onions, 3 strips of green pepper and probably 1 ounce of pork (see photo) and was NOT SPICY. Where was the broccoli, mushrooms, etc? My husband ate his chicken chow mein because he was starving. We were so hopeful but it ended up being a waste of money.
