Just had the most abysmal takeout experience. We ordered miso soup that arrived maybe 1/3 of the way full in their containers and about 10 pieces of tofu spread across 4 containers of soup.The pork buns were dry and dense, lacking any sauce. And, to add insult to injury, my ramen arrived without noodles.For what they’re charging I’d expect at least the bare minimum to be right.
This place is an absolute rip off. $4 miso soup with 3 tablespoons of broth. Sushi is also miserable.
I’ve gave the place three attempts, food is ok service is terrible and it takes forever. Called today to place an order to go and they can’t even answer a phone. I’m done trying to give my money to this place!
Absolute worst dining experience we have ever had. Completely understand places are short staffed and have been out to eat many times and are always understanding of that. This was an absolutely disaster of an experience where everyone around us promptly had orders taken and delivered, while we sat with a hungry 1 year old for over 45 minutes without seeing a server. When we informed what I assume was a manager, she apologized and said she would send someone out immediately. 15 minutes later I had to go in and just ask for a check for our drinks so we could just get home and feed our daughter dinner. So we left after almost an hour having never been able to even place a dinner order. To try and rectify our miserable experience, we were given an EXPIRED 5 dollar gift card and told we’re only human. Which is absolutely true, but I’ve gotten better service at a packed restaurant with only one server then I did here with a half full restaurant and at least 4 servers.
Fantastic food, i highly recommend their poke bowl, it’s top notch ! I have eaten here about 20 times and it’s always excellent. My only gripe is it is a tad expensive for their sushi. I know inflation is high but other sushi restaurants seem to be quite a bit cheaper by 15-20% minimum for their nigiri , sashimi and maki. Still love it though
After one and half hour finely got some of our appetizers then took another hour to get our entrees and it’s in not busy timesHorrible stuff long wait time and compare with another restaurant price little bit higher
Loved my experience!!! Food is amazing, drinks are on point!?? Will visit again for sure.
Birthday Dinner for our daughter who turned 18. We had sushi, poke bowl, udon. All very good. Attentive service. Clean, nice ambiance.
They don’t peel their cucumbers, so that can be rather disconcerting when you’re eating a roll. They also use Krab stick instead of crab, but that’s to be expected, I suppose. There are better sushi places for the money.
Not great first experience. Waited 2 hours for to-go pickup order and it wasn’t ready when I arrived. Sat inside for over 30 minutes. Offered a free dessert for the wait….
