They're well staffed for lunch and the quality of the sandwich surpasses other stores in the franchise. Hard to find anywhere nowadays! Great job y'all!

I had the Italian sub and lemme tell you that was the best damn sandwich I have ever had in my whole life. Plus the people seemed pretty chill.

Ordered food at 620pm, was not ready until 708. They also close at 7pm so we had to leave after er got our food. Was 1 person working food and the other watching football and drinking coffe.They claimed to be “extremely backed up “
Stopped into firehouse today because I was craving a cheese steak sandwich. It's hard to find a good cheese steak here in Mt pleasant, so I wanted to give them a shot. Pretty great cheese to steak ratio, the bread wasn't soggy, and the chicken and dumpling soup I got as a side was, while a little too salty, very flavorful.My only small complaint is that I asked for no onions and there were a couple pieces in the sandwich. Not too bad, easy enough to pick off and only on one part so not a huge issue. In either case, delicious sandwich and I'll probably be back for another one the next time I get a cheese steak craving too.Would have posted a picture but I ate it too fast lol
I ordered food from GubHub, which was delivered incorrectly and had items missing; fine, things happen.When I called to notify the restaurant, the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, never apologized for correctly packaging the order, and simply told me to contact GrubHub.It was my first time ordering from here, and the phone experience has ruined my chances of ever ordering from them again.I worked in the restaurant industry for several years and understand the stress that comes with a busy schedule; however, being rude destroys a restaurant's reputation.Sad, because the food wasn’t bad at all.
