So had never heard of this place so decided to give it a try. The wings in Korean BBQ was delicious that I will recommend. Would say more wet naps and napkins with them. Sticky and a little messy. The burger was one of my reasons for the 2 stars. It was not good at all. I asked for a cheeseburger and no cheese came on it at all. The burger even though a smash patty was so over cooked and dry. There was no signature sauce on the burger. Lastly the place did not smell good at all. It smelled like stale old cigarette smoke. It's like going into a bar that allows smoking the morning after a busy night. I don't know if they are going for a certain event but it's not good. I'll give it another shot next time I'm in the area but expectations are very low now.
They closed their kitchen at 8:41 on a weekday. There are days I can’t imagine being an owner in this environment. Are they aware their business is making these decisions for them? When bankruptcy hits, is it because their employees want to clean the grill and stove tops early on your dime? Unreal.
Waitress was sweet but new. But that wasn’t the problem. When you walk into this establishment you are immediately hit with the smell of stale cigar smoke apparently from the cigar shop next door. Also not the problem as it dissipates as you walk further into the restaurant. The food is mostly fried bar food… and I’ve had good bar food but not this! This is not good. The tuna is not good and it’s flavorless (no I don’t have Covid). The wings over cooked and dry. Overall not what I expected. I usually give restaurants another chance but I just don’t see how this could good much better. Don’t waste your money.
Went by on business and decided to grab a quick bite. I wanted to take a minute to leave a review so that Management hopefully sees what a great employee Jasmine is. As a former bartender, I was impressed with her outgoing personality as well as the relationship she clearly has with her customers. Every person who came up to the bar while I was there knew her and she knew details about them- recent trips they had taken, their kids school activities and of course what their regular drinks were. Just from a quick observation I have to imagine she does well there. A good bartender who has a strong customer base can be invaluable to a bar so I hope they see that.Also, I ordered the boneless wings and they were really good- plump, juicy, plenty of sauce and they were actual chunks of chicken breast not prefab frozen stuff. Definitely recommend.Only suggestion would be to bring in some more local beers ;)
Honestly, one of the best, good ol' fashioned cheat meals I've had in a long time. Eleven81 truly delivered. Garlic Parm and Inferno Chicken Wings, then Jalapeno Bacon Cheeseburger with fries. Plus, our server Tia, was great! Not sure what I expected but, definitely will be back! #goodeats

I can’t believe this place is not 5 stars!! We went here for the first time tonight with a party of about 12 with Dawson as our waiter and he was so attentive the entire evening, and went out of his way catering to us, also loved the sweet, friendly, female bartender who helped my friend with her sanitary need in the bathroom, and I also left my purse that evening and when I called they had already stashed it safely away for me! Loved this place, the food, and especially the service! Will be making it a regular stop for sure!!
This newer restaurant is really coming along! Proud of them for pulling through the pandemic right on the heels of their opening. I watched them put in the hard work when F&B was sketchy during that difficult season. Now they are full speed ahead with great service, food and fabulous sports screens!!! All in a super comfortable atmosphere and easy location. Keep it up! I'm cheering for y'all!!!
The food is very inconsistent. They also close early so they don’t have any set hours.
Incredibly disappointed. Called in a carryout order at 6:35 pm tonight. The call taker was very friendly and repeated my order back before saying that it would be ready in 20 minutes (6:55pm). Arrived at 7:05 pickup my order and the bartender could find no record of my order. After several minutes of repeating my name and explaining that I had called 30 minutes earlier, the bartender went in to the kitchen to further investigate. Several minutes later she returned to tell me that my order would take just a little bit longer (as apposed to "hey our bad, we forgot to enter your order when you called 35 minutes earlier'). After waiting another 15 minutes, my food suddenly arrived with a timestamp of 7:05pm listing the time that my order was placed. I was not offered an explanation, apology, or discount on my food. I could understand a mistake like this, if say for example they were crowded or understaffed, however this was not the case. Between servers, cooks and the host, I counted as many as 8 employees and approximately 25 customers. This restaurant was great when they switched from Wild Wing Cafe, however I'm afraid the service and quality will return to what it was under the previous name.
