Donuts were definitely not fresh. Coffee was great but highly disappointed with their donuts.
Very busy Dunkin'. The staff here is very friendly and hard working. We were just getting coffees on our visit. Our coffees were hot, fresh and prepared as ordered.The restaurant was very clean. The Dunkin' parking lot is easy to access and depart from.

I ORDERED A LATTE AND THE YOUNG LADY MADE IT JUST HOW I ASKED AND LIKE.. I SHOULD'VE KNOWN IT WAS GOING TO BE GOOD. BC SHE HAD ON SAME ST PATTY HEADBAND LIKE I WAS WEARING.AWWWW SISTERS FROM ANOTHER MISTER. ?? THEY WERE SO PLEASANT AND LOOK LIKE THEY ENJOY THEIR JOB.NOT UNLESS THEY WERE FULL OF SUGAR FROM THE DOUGHNUTS. ????I REALLY THINK THEY ARE GENUINELY AWESOME. HOPE TO SEE YOU LADIES BRIGHT AND EARLY MONDAY MORNING.
I spoke to the manager, Hannah, and she was absolutely incredible! She made sure I would get the correct order when I was ordering through Door Dash (I’d had some issues when ordering through a different store), and Hannah went way above and beyond to make sure that I not only got what I’d ordered, but that it was exactly how I wanted it.It’s rare to get such great service, especially from someone who (unfortunately) isn’t getting a tip. Door Dash should definitely have an option for you to leave a tip for the person in the restaurant!
I've had one too many bad incidents with this location yet so glad a brand new Dunkin' opened on 17. I don't have to deal with this place any longer. My first experience was the WORST and should have never gone back afterward. Temporarily without a vehicle and coincidentally without coffe at home, I ordered through Uber home. 35min after placing my order I am notified the driver is waiting to pick up my order. 15min later, its showing the driver is still there, waiting to pick up my order. Not wanting my food and coffee cold, I called to see if it was a matter of them being busy or the driver hanging out, or something else. Before I could finish my question, the person the other end of the line just went off with a barrage of excuses yet not in an apologetic way. There was an exhaustive tone and a sense of "Yeah, I got problems, deal with it". I didn't even complain, I was literally just asking a question.Message to the proprietors of this location: YOU ARE LUCKY! How quickly you forget what the pandemic did to restaurants. Your building is 'tired' looking and your parking lot is dirty. If I were an employee of yours I wouldn't be excited to work there either. The person on the phone twice said you are understaffed. Be it an excuse or not, it appears it is. 50 minutes to process an order 8s abysmal.
Place could use a good cleaning. If the costumer are is dirty, how does kitchen looks like.
Very friendly service went there on 1/30/22 at 11am the drive thru attendant was extremely helpful and friendly
I love the employees here, they are so nice and personally I think this particular location does a really great job on the drinks.
This is the only Dunkin that I can order a toasted bagel at and it comes to me half toasted and with the wrong cream cheese every single time. The drinks taste either like chemicals or sugar water, the staff is always nice but it really don't matter if you are paying for stuff you will not eat/drink. Triple check your drink and food before leaving
This Dunkin' on Coleman Boulevard in Mount Pleasant is a well managed Dunkin' that has well made coffee and donuts. They have been consistent in their quality every time I have been here and have been happy with all of my orders. They are efficient at getting everything ready even for larger orders.
