Unreal wait times. It was only bad every once in a while before, but it has gotten so bad at this point. I waiting for OVER 30 MINUTES in the drive thru line this am. 30 MINUTES! The poor guy behind me was just trying to pick up a mobile order and was stuck in line for that long as well for an order that was already ready. I was at the box for 15 minutes and nobody said anything until I said “hello”. Once I did someone said they be with me in a minute. So I waited another 10 minutes after that and then I asked if I should pull up and nobody responded. I’m in the food and bev industry and this is just the worst most unacceptable service I’ve seen even.

Very rude employees I was at the drive thru and my elderly mom didn't know what she wanted so I was looking at things she like , the employee forgot to turn off her mic and she said and I quote "what takes so long to order hurry our slow A**** up" I drove around and asked to speak to manager and Shelly said she was the manager they proceeded to still give me my sandwiches which were cold. I wanna contact corporate asap people like her shouldnt be working there

Always out of things, and not just donuts later in the morning. That is understandable. You sit in line for 20 minutes only to find out they're only doing half their menu, or cash only, or some other problem. When you do get your order it's wrong half the time. I've had staff complain to me about other customers because they ordered sandwiches instead of donuts. Breakfast sandwiches are on the menu! These are regular occurrences, and these issues existed pre-COVID supply chain shortages. Be ready to commit 20-30 minutes of your day to an uncertain outcome.

Man train your people handed me a coffee you can see it milk was all curdled up in it so I opened the lid and checked it because I have to and I come to Dunkin. A lazy rude manager not sure what her deal is. But this Duncan sucks.

Great place, better people. Every time I stop by, everyone is SO friendly and happy to be there. Today I was helped by David, who was running the store by himself due to low staff, but was doing it with a smile and delivered amazing service.

I just stopped there on a break from work and sat at the speaker foreverrrr. After about 15minutes I beeped and waited a little longer then drove around. At this point there was a whole bunch of cars behind me waiting to order. When I drove around the girl at the window said I’m sorry were closed because we don’t have anyone to work. I told her that she had a whole line of people and needed to let them know instead of ignore them so they aren’t waiting for nothing. I get staffing issues but why wouldn’t you let people know. Most of us are on our lunch break.

Line outside 10 cars deep so went inside stood at counter 10 minutes watching 5 employees completely ignore me until another few customers behind me saw a sign said drive thru only. I mean 5 employees saw me standing there entire time not 1 word! SMH. Maybe 42. Was stolen bc y'all don't pay enough for quality employees?!

Went there 10 minutes ago and walked to the register with a girl standing there at the register, on her phone and she said inside was closed that I had to go through drive through. One person ahead of me go to order my food and she tells me Dunkin’ Donuts does not sell ham anymore in their sandwiches. Order bacon instead and then I go to add bacon snack on to my order and no one answers. Then I’m told to drive forward. Get to the window and try to add only to be told I have to go back around into the drive through again. There was only one car behind me - not busy at all. Go back around she then tells me to be patient as there are only 3 employees. There is no one in front of me and I order the Bacon snack. I pull to the window get my COLD bacon snack pay and I say thank you and she just shuts the window to carry on her conversation. So I tell her to have a nice day. No one in front or behind me. You can say there is a shortage in employees all you want but that is just plain lazy employees and very rude employees. I will not go back to this location!!

Rude people working....very rude not only are they rude who cares how many people are working there? Also give the wrong donuts. How can u screw up donuts. Glazed are not cake donuts. Worst place I've ever been. Especially in the morning when u r in a hurry and expect to get the order right. The place just doesn't care. Terrible staff. Also no large cups. If u call u get voice mail so they don't have to deal with their mistakes.

They never have anything in stock. Last time I went they didn’t have large cups, strawberry donuts and they aren’t serving any hot foods. They are always out of strawberry donuts its ridiculous. I don’t have a very complex order and yet they can never fulfill it when i order.
