If I could give us zero I definitely would. I was in there this evening ordered a pizza at 6:18 they said it would be ready in 25 to 30 minutes. I go there an hour later to pick up my pizza at 7:18 and they got an attitude with me and said You must be too good to wait 10 minutes. And then tells me Sorry that you’re inconvenienced for five minutes and I said well you just told me 10. Just very unprofessional and very rude will never never go here again.
We moved here this month and we’ve had to order pizza twice. This dominos has been great and the food is made very well. I worked at Dominos for 2 years as a shift leader yearssss ago and I truly love this store and it’s pizza. Every time we’ve gone Ralph has been so helpful and happy. He makes our experience so much better and always has a smile on his face. Thank you guys!
Delivery guy was very nice. BUT nothing else was good, the guy who answered the phone after being on hold was very short. He said the order was on its way, which it was not. This Domino's needs a whole new management team!!!
Ordered a pizza at 5:58pm and waited for 2 1/2 hours for it to be delivered. At 8:32pm I got a call saying they couldn't deliver it and asked if I could come pick it up. I asked for a refund.Reading through the reviews, it seems like this is not the first time this has happened. This is clearly an issue with the store owner/manager and I feel so bad for the employees stuck working here.All I wanted was to not have to cook dinner after working all day and now I'm hangry :(
Worst experience everrrrr. This is the third time this has happened to us (in the past 3 weeks). Ordered a pizza, 2 hours later it’s not ready, called to see when it would be ready and got hung up on. Will never ever order from here again.
The dominoes app said it delivered my food but we never received anything after 2 hours. Went up to the store to get it remade and refund they would do neither.
I ordered for CURBSIDE pickup at 7:10 pm and unfortunately I have picked the wrong place to get dinner for my family. It’s been over an hour and still waiting here with my hazards on, as instructed.I called the store and the young lady picked up and said we are not open and while I attempted to speak to her she promptly slammed the phone down, thus ending our unproductive and most unprofessional conversation. I am unsure if we will be getting our Domino’s pizza dinner tonight. The sign says open, the lights are on, but nobody is allowed inside. My sons are suggesting we not eat the pizza- if we ever actually get it. There are simply no words to describe this terrible service!
ORDER #1033 was placed at 6pm. App said it would be ready @ 6:45-6:53. It is now 8:25 & no pizzas! And they will not answer phone! Terrible store. Second time in 2 week this has happened! Done!!
I was unable to select no stars to complete this review. I know that in the restaurant business you can become so busy that the staff doesn’t get the order correct. We placed an order on line this evening and we were called an hour later and we’re told that they were just to busy to make us a pizza. If your to busy to complete the order don’t accept it..
No one wants to pay $16 for wings that are not properly done the way it was requested. I asked for Buffalo wings and opened the box to barely-tossed wings. It’s like they were microwaved with no sauce. No thanks
