Ordered BCB all the way everything but ketchup, Hotdog all the way no ketchup, made sure to say mustard, chili, onions, no ketchup. On bcb made sure to say lettuce, tomato, mustard, pickle no ketchup. Was Missing tomato on bcb hotdog came with only ketchup. When I took it back up to them they got all attitudes, ant then started telling me what all comes on the hotdog and bcb and not how I ordered it. Says that tomato don't come on bcb, and only ketchup comes on hotdogs when I plainly stated the extras that I wanted just to keek confusion down,yeah right! Also handed them a $100 bill and she tried to give me change in ones and fives and tells me that is there policy to give ony back what is in the register. Glad they didn't only have coins lefy in register. The is the only 3rd time eating here but guaranteed it will be the last. Something shoud have told me something when only a couple cars in parking lot at lunch time.
Their milkshakes are legendary!! We love their food it's very affordable it's amazing quality as well as quantity. You definitely get your money's worth at cookout our family tries to go at least twice a month
Fries were not warm. The girl taking our order was not friendly and never smiled. She seemed annoyed with our order. 1 of the burger orders was wrong as was one milkshake but she might not have heard us right. We didn't even ask to have it corrected. One of the worst experiences we've had at cookout.
To all these negative reviews……. You should work one day in the food service industry post Covid before being even allowed to post anything!! Literally EVERY restaurant in our ENTIRE country is beyond short staffed. From fast food to fine dining. Before you complain about literally the only place that serves after midnight, maybe take that into account. ALL RESTAURANTS ARE DOING THE BEST THEY CAN!!! Stop being petty and just be grateful you have the option for any food after midnight. Hell even McDonald’s in the area refuse to stay open late. Thank you for every cook out employee for doing what they do!
It's fast food, but not super fast. Onion rings were really good. I would say better than mcd or bk etc but not as good as 5 guys... But it is open late so if it's midnight inventions 5!!
Fast? Yes. Cheap? Yes. Good? If you're inebriated enough, yes. Face it...its the only food place in this whole godforsaken town open after midnight, and you spent all your cash on the grass you just smoked. Where else can you get greasy and sweet treats that satisfy all the bois munchies? 5 stars...this place knows its market
Dislocation of cookout needs some serious serious help with their staffing before I can give it a better rating. I just sat in the drive-through for 45 minutes mostly at the speaker and window waiting on my food. I ordered the sandwich and onion rings should take no more than five minutes yet I sat there waiting and waiting and waiting.
Burnt & tasted old. The big double was slightly bigger than a kids meal burger. I had heard good things about this place, unfortunately this experience was disappointing. The bathrooms were disgusting.
Service is absolutely awful, can take 30 minutes to get your food and. Staff seems completely incompetent. Do not waste your time here.
Met my hubby for lunch a week or so ago. It was about 11:30 or so. Drive through wasnt slammed,and there were only two other people inside who were already eating. We ordered two lunch trays. He had thebacon burger, and quesadillas, i ordered a quesadilla with fries and onion rings. We waited over 20min for our food. When we finally got it, the burger was soggy, the tortillas were empty minus a couple pieces of shredded cheese, and i recieved 3 small onion rings that were under cooked. The gentleman behind us waited almost 20min to even order his food. There was only one person at the register who clearly didnt want to be there. First and only time i will be going there.
