Food area was dirty, my bowl had 3 different workers throw food in it while they were touching there faves and everything else. I had to leave after a prep worker came up front picked up the chicken holder and let all the whatever was on the bottom of it drip into my bowl of food. I was disgusted and ended up just walking out. A very unsettling and gross experience.
GROSS! Food is thrown about the kitchen, staff has less subpar hygiene and does not wear hairnets! The workers could care less if a customer is in front of them and barely greet you or even say thank you. The last time I was in there they were breaking down the kitchen and cleaning HOURS before closing and lettuce + cheese were both on the counter by the cash register while checking out. Aren't MANY of these HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS?!?! Shocked this place is not only in business but also serving the general public.
4 out of 5 items ordered on uber eats were incorrect and missing multiple ingredients. The 5th item was a bottled coke. All items ordered were listed correctly on the greasy receipt provided with the order ?Missing ingredients:Sour cream, guacamole, refried beans, black beans, corn salsa, brown rice
unfortunately I have to leave a poor review. the lady was not kind for starters. I got three ingredients on my burrito. Chicken queso and rice. $15 and some cents dollars what!!! Yes I got extra chicken but I still barely got any chicken. I am so sad bc I love chipotle but I don’t think I’ll be going back at least to this one. This is the second time I got bad proportions but this time I was really sad. Still chowed it tho.
Idk where yall are finding these people.... half the staff had their masks under their chins while serving and making food. The girl with long braids serving people wasn't wearing a mask and the trans male cooking behind her was arguing with this girl to the point where they said they were "gonna throw her on the grill and cook her because thats whats about to happen next" girl with braids was instigating. You guys need to hire better people. Woman on the register, I am assuming is the manager, was the only professional one doing what she was supposed to. Won't be coming back here again.
It was 5:55pm. They had a sign saying online orders only till 6. There was 3 people in line ordering so i get in line and the guy tells me online orders order. Horrible, horrible horrible customer service. I saw at least 8 employees in there and barely any other customers. I have issues everytime i go to this chipotle. Dont waste your time or your money.
Not much of a line today it was moving quickly. The aroma was enticing. Helpful employees. Try a salad bowl! Parking lot needs some attention, lots of debri.
Jesus teach your employees how to properly and consistently portion. I get the same burrito everytime and sometimes in looks like a baseball and sometimes it looks like a football. Today the lady put about a tablespoon of rice on my burrito, i had to ask her to add more 3 times and it still was less than normal. When paying 15 dollars for a burrito i expect to be satisfied and i continuously leave here underwhelmed. I guess i should stop trying
One of the WORST chipotles I’ve ever been to!! Consistently late and inaccurate online orders. Lazy and rude staff. They lock the door early almost 30 min sometimes. The chips are horribly over-salted and the chicken is greasy.I’m an almost daily customer at Chipotle and have been to dozens in multiple states. Hard pass this one!
A few months ago this location was really struggling. It looked a mess, wasn't taking in store orders, was closed early but so happy to report that today it looks to be in good shape. Plenty of staff, things moved orderly, looked in good shape. I love Chipotle so I'm so relieved to see you guys back.
