I've never had a bad Chick-fil-A experience until now.... One of the cashiers for the drive thru frantically ran through the cars putting herself in danger, in the restroom there was an employee crying which shows the stress put on by the manager, my order was incorrect, the kitchen had to be reminded by the server that my order had drinks, my fries looked like someone had already been eating them since it was half full, and the bread from my sandwich looked pretty soggy like it had been sitting in the wrapper for an extended period of time. To quote my wife "the fries taste like uncooked salty potato."
This Chic Fil A literally screws up something on my order EVERY TIME. It's really a shame as the high school kids they have working don't even pay attention to you when you order and don't care about the job.
Impressed with the customer service Mason who took my order this morning remembered me and my name later on this afternoon. When I told him I was in town visiting my mom at the hospital he asked how she was doing and said he hopes she gets better. May I add that the fries taste amazing here perfectly cooked.
TRIED To explain to manager they had an error on the DoorDash menu but you could tell she couldn’t care less and just kept asking what do you want what do you want do you want a refund? No I want you to fix the error so that customers don’t keep any sandwiches with no bun!!!! Useless phone call….
Their chicken Minis are always old and hard, I wish they would serve them fresh.
The staff at most chick fil a's are super kind and fast. Food is decent and the wait is never too bad.

This location seems brand knew. Lots of parking, nice staff per usual, clean, outside seating and food taste great! Never disappoints.
Slow as heck, I was staring at my sandwich I mobile ordered in the window for 10 minutes before someone finally bagged it for me. Was very annoying, sticking with the highway 17 location.
It was okay. I'm a little disappointed. This is my second time when I ordered coffee and my creamer wasn't in the coffee. They could have at least put the creamer in the bag. Drinking black coffee is nasty. I would love for for them to add my creamers and stirrer in a bag for me.
