This was my first time visiting this location. The employees were decently nice. I went through the drive thru. I asked for 4 honey roasted barbecues and 4 mayos. I was given one of each. So I went inside and again asked for 4 of each. I was handed 2 of each. So either the employees can't count, or they're to chicken to tell me that I can't have that many. Either way, pretty aggravating. I've worked for a Chick-fil-A, and this was not how we treated our customers.
Every time I order a large fry this is what I get. What’s the point of you’re not going to fill it up? Everything else about this Chic-Fil-A is good but I love my fries and this makes me sad.
Service standards are really low at this location - for Chik-fil-a at least.
I just moved here, after living in Sumter for 2 years, and this location has been amazing! I use the mobile app and, have been gifted a reward already, whereas I never received anything directly from the Sumter branch. My order is always correct, workers are friendly and my order is always been ready. Totally love this location.
I had the most pleasant interaction with an employee named Lauren. She was so charismatic and willing to help. The service was impeccable. The food is always reliable and something I look forward to eating. KEEP IT UP CHICK FIL A!!!!!
This is what y'all call a large fry?? Every Chickfila in Mt pleasant is getting really slack....also nuggets are soggy and undercooked.
Drive thru fast as always. Great place for lunch.
Great dining experience at this location. I ordered my meal through the app. Once you secure a table inside, input the table's number. A CFA rep will bring your food once it's prepared. People really enjoy the drive-thru there.
Everyone in this establishment is always smiling! A great atmosphere and great food!
