They had no menu for me to view so I had to guess on things as to what I wanted. They don't let you get up to the menu board before they make you order. Extremely expensive! I was shocked at the price of my meal. And when I got up to where I was to pick up my order they kept asking me my name well nobody ever took my name but they figured it out finally. Extremely disappointed. Will not be returning to this location.
These kids move. Their management in some way gets the young people to work really hard at providing exceptional customer service. The chap that organised the drive through should be nominated for an award.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I love Chick-fil-A especially for their consistency across locations but this one was definitely sub par. They were out of Mac and cheese but didn’t tell me until I was at the window plus they still charged full price. My cup was busted and the drink was so full of ice that there was barely any actual drink in it. It’s not even worth the drive back to complain.
The experience was great had some inconsiderate n impatient person sit in between the lanes...they must have been in a rush...even though there were only several cars ahead...anyway...my order was hot, fresh with a little delay.. as always when u order a freshly prepared item...thx for great service as usual...
Always love Chick-fil-A . This particular store was where I went during my Bone Marrow Transplant. Their nuggets was the only food I could it during my Transplant. In town for a Dr's appt and stopped in!
Overall a wonderful experience as my family and I often frequent this location. The staff is very friendly, patient, and polite. The lemonade is always on point and the way I believe lemonade should taste like! Very rarely does this happen with my customized food orders… but if I ever have an issue there is no hesitation in correcting the mistake and apologizing. The drive thru can get pretty packed but they operate efficiently to make sure traffic is flowing. I have a chick fil a location closer to me but the experience I’ve had there does not compare! I’d rather drive the extra 5-10 mins anytime:)
Mega fast line for how packed it is. Great staff. I hope their management appreciates the hustle we see from the kids that work in the line. Food is always delicious. Perfectly cooked. I have gotten our order mixed up twice now but its bound to happen when you go at noon
This is by far the best CFA out there. I was so happy that I ordered again just to go thru the line again. A fantastic experience. Would recommend it to my closest neighbors. Peach shakes need to be offered all year long. But peppermint is a close second.
always great food with focus on healthy choices. always a long line. buy they are very organized with people taking orders outside in drive thru at least 2 people. it works pretty good unless you have one of the order takers a young man, who wants to chat with each car load of people. most people just want to get there food and go. but sitting and waiting for conversations to finish with each car in line, isn't a desirable experience, it makes the wait even longer. we had that experience on Tuesday morning Dec. 21, 2021
Quick service for greasy food. Meal was not good.Fries were tough . Chicken was greasy....very crowded.Won't go back.
