Went out for a night with coworkers and absolutely wonderful wait staff and food! Kristen and Rob were very welcoming and even helped us customize a menu item to our liking! Definitely will be a repeat customer!
Arrived in town 6/28 and leaving 7/4. We've been here every night for dinner. Great Sports Pub vibe! Good food and a great staff. I normally don't do reviews but two people stood out to me, Rob and Elena. They both were there every single day we went in. Elena was holding down the food and Rob managing the Pub. I didn't get to know the other staff's names but these two I can't say enough about. They are the reason we came back. I know one thing, they both deserve a day off! They both worked really hard to keep this Pub rocking! Thanks again and hope to see you soon.
Great meal and great atmosphere. The whole family enjoyed their meal! And my daughter loved playing the games as well. The service was exceptional. Our waitress was Brenda, she was knowledgeable about the food and had a wonderful attitude. I would definitely recommend Charleston Sports Pub if you want a nice casual dinner out for the whole family.
this place was absolutely horrible. me and my friends came in and the waitress was very disrespectful. she set up our table and didn’t even tell us where it was. she told us just to go sit down. so we had to search for our table. once we sat down, the lights in our corner turned off. we asked repeatedly if they could turn the lights back on and she responded with “well sometimes they flicker”. the lights were completely off, no flickering. she wasn’t a very kind person so we proceeded to get up and leave the restaurant.
Sports pub is phenomenal. From the food to the service to the atmosphere. 10 stars. We stopped in on a whim from out of town. Our server Rashon MADE our brunch so fun! Rob the manager stopped by several times to check on us and ensure we had a great experience. We will definitely be back!
Awesome place! Our Bachelorette party came for brunch and Rashon took great care of us! The food was amazing and everyone was so hospitable. Restaurant was clean, drinks were yummy and the manager Rob was attentive and friendly. 10/10 for sure!!!!!!!!
Rob is the new PERRY!! Rashon took amazing care of us. The drinks are on point. The food… OMG!!! So accommodating and so good! The service was above and beyond the call of duty! Definitely check this place out!
Food was great. I had an order of chicken wings and a burger with onion rings. They also have a very good beer selection with many local beers. The only complaint that I had was the volume. It is a Sports Bar and they have a lot of TVs. They were all on the same channel but the volume was way too loud. I could barely hear to place my order. If I would have been with someone, there would be no way we could have carried on a conversation. They also have a basketball video game that was also very noisy.
Monday night is burger night - highly advertised, even on the bathroom wall. You would think the restaurant would be prepared for it. We ordered 2 burgers and a side salad. There were only 2 other tables in the restaurant and a few people at the bar, so our expected wait time was about 30 minutes for our order. I have been in restaurant management and in the industry for over 12 years, so I have more patience than most. It took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get our burgers. When annoyed, our server stated that there were 45 burgers ordered from Uber Eats. Every place I have worked- has prioritized dine in orders FIRST. If they are having a promotion, they should be staffed to handle the intensity of the orders. The server kept saying it was coming out right now, being plated up right now - and that made it worse too - when the order wasn't ready. The salad came out about 20 minutes after the burgers, when it should have came out first - or at least with the meal. It took almost 2.5 hours from entering to leaving and we were 2 hours from home - trying a local place, before heading back. The food tasted okay, fries were great, but asked for well done and got between medium and medium well. Ate it anyway. The server knew we were upset, but we never saw a manager or apology. Came in from out of town. Lots of TV’s. Got the shrimp quesadilla. I thought it was great. They prioritize the regulars, which they should. I’m confused by all the people giving this negative feedback.
