Found this place here on Trip Advisor and so glad I did! Great authentic mexican. I had the Carnitas. Served as shredded roast pork, crisp sauteed onions, and pineapple. I chose double rice as they only have refried beans. Pros: Food was served quickly and was excellent. It was hot and fresh. Rice was very good. Complimentary chips and salsa preceded the meal. Salsa was about the best I've had. Cons (more like minor annoyances): No black beans. I would've liked to had a little more pineapple in the dish (served with only 1 wedge about 2" long.) Overall I highly recommend. Looking forward to coming back.
So my husband and I were visiting SC for a family event and decided to have a late lunch. We choose this restaurant because of the ratings and we were sorely disappointed. They gave us chips & salsa. We ordered fountain drinks, the nacho appetizer and tamales. Lets just say the free stuff and fast service were best parts of our meal. My silverware was dirty, the soda was basically syrup, the little chicken we did get in the nachos and tamales wasn’t seasoned and the queso on the nachos was so watered down that you couldn’t taste the cheese. I am now sure why this place was so highly rated but it WAS NOT THE MOVE!
Great food and the owners are even better than the food. It is our second time eating here when we visit from Myrtle Beach and the food is consistently excellent. Their food is authentic and delicious. The service was great and we were served quickly. We were able to meet the owners who were wonderful people. Sadly they lost their teenage son who was a very talented athlete. They started a foundation to honor his memory and life. They gave our boys some hats from their foundation that you see below. We had an incredible lunch and a beautiful moment with them and our boys.Thank you and God bless. We will be back every time we are in town.
Really small but really good! Everything from the chips to the entree was delicious. Service was GREAT!! Shamika took care of us and when my husband asked for extra spicey they delivered!!
Food was great service was fantastic. Had a little more cheese for my taste. But I'm trying to cut back.
Great little hole in the wall spot! The chips were heavenly! The teenagers that are employed here are well mannered and attentive. The Sergio burrito is absolutely top notch! Minus one star because as a fat American i was a bit upset to not get rice atleast with my burrito.
If you like Baja style Mexican food this is the spot. Outstanding street tacos and homemade tortillas. Delicious.

Fantastic food, good-spirited staff, authentic not imitation flavors. Its the ONLY nearby place for actual Mexican food, not reinterpreted Mexican food. Love the owners too!!
Very good. Street taco platter is perfect for the family. Guac is fresh and very tasty.
