The biscuits were horrible hard as A break a it didn't make no sense to serve customers that kind of food.. The manager should be ashamed of herself to let that kind of food come out of the window.. And whoever is responsible though for that poor quality of food should be should be fired or retrained I know who served me that biscuit it the other morning knew that biscuit would not fresh and they shall known better. I'm so disappointed and let their employers down. No excuse for this.
I'd never been to this location before, and I entered the drive through from the main entrance instead of the side entrance, so I never went by the order speaker. You can't get out once you're in, so I was stuck waiting thirty minutes to get to the window just for them to tell me to drive around and wait all over again. I left and went to Rasing Canes instead.
We were visiting from out of state and we don't have Bojangle's in Michigan and were excited to try this place for a quick weekday lunch while on vacation. We got chicken sandwiches and fries. Food was pretty decent in quality and taste for fast food. Dining room conditions were terrible though. Tables and floors weren't clean, trash overflowing, the soda fountain area really needed a lot of attention as well. We decided to eat outside as the weather permitted it because we didn't want to eat in the dirty dining room. It's ok for fast food.
i never write reviews. the wait time was absolutely unacceptable for nobody being in line. i asked for a 3 piece tender meal and was told they only had 4 and 5 pieces. i was clearly reading on the menu a 3 piece option. i asked for honey mustard, they said they were out. i said bo sauce would be fine. i opened my box and i had ranch. everyone there was rude and combative. will not be back.
This restaurant failed in many ways. The men’s room was very dirty with wash cloths on the floor and sink as well as obviously not being cleaned in quite some time. The glass on the entry doors and basically all the windows were dirty. The biscuits were good, but the Bo-Rounds were very greasy and overcooked. I asked for Bo sauce or honey mustard and was told they didn’t have either. I wouldn’t recommend stopping here at all.
Very poor. Windows, floor and tables dirty. Employees very unfriendly. Ordered 2 well done fish sandwiches, one plain and one regular. Both brought to us regular and didn't have time to reorder, will never go there again!!
This was one of many horrible visits to this location. This place is on my way to work. As being a former bojangles employee, I was shocked to see the amount of trash in the parking lot, and how rundown this place looks. The person ahead of me had ordered, and pulled up, I must have sat at that speaker for 10 min. Minimum, listening to laughter coming from the drive through speaker before I decided to leave. Due to how their drive through lanes are setup, the poor poor people behind me had to wait even longer! The line was almost out to the road. I have decided not to visit this establishment anymore as my time was not valued at all. What a shame.
Ordered and almost everything was wrong. Gave me hash browns instead of fries, 2 sausage biscuits that I didn’t even order, missing like 3 of my orders. Never again will I come here
I went here for breakfast this morning (~10:30 AM) and accidently drove off before the cashier returned my card. Later today, when I noticed my card was missing, I discovered a $110.53 charge to Target.com. (Thankfully my bank is refunding the charge.) I will let management use this information as they will. They were wise enough to use their shipping address as the billing address on the purchase, so be grateful I am not pursuing this any further.
The chicken was hard, like it wasn't fresh. The biscuits, dirty rice, mac and cheese, and tea were all good. The chicken's crust was just really harder than normal.
