I wish I had not eat that.This had been our regular pizza place for a few years but I will never return. Five young kids standing around looking miserable while the 6th looked like she would bite our head off if we asked the wrong question.The pizza was never great but quick and filling for $5. But now it's more expensive and tastes even more like cardboard. My guess is they don't pay enough to get people who care. The food reflects that.
Ordered delivery and was dropped off from Uber with no issue. Ordered three different slices because it was my first time trying them. Was not a fan of any of the three. Picture doesn’t really show how dry and tasteless they were. Lot of people seem to like from the reviews. Maybe I got unlucky on my order but I will not be trying again any time soon.
Pizza was huge; 1 slice was plenty to make me full. Pizza was also amazing, made for a good last minute plan B birthday dinner!
A nice affordable pizza place with New England inspired decorations. Great HUGE slices of pizza and a wide variety of canned and bottled sodas. Plus beer is available to so it's just about perfect for happy hour.
First time in Charleston, late at night my wife and I was searching for a place to eat. Not a lot of options in Charleston but Ran into Benny pizza and wow! Huge slice with great NY style pizza that really filled me up! Just one slice! My friends call me “double entree, Jae” because I can eat but Benny pizza really surprised me. Great service, open late! I’ve been to few restaurants in Charleston but Benny, I would go again and again for late night snack. Highly recommend this place.
Decided to give this place a shot after a bad lunch elsewhere. Was gonna order a pie for me and she warned me it was for 8 to 10 people. So I ordered 4 slices since I am a bigger kinda fella and can put away pizza. She wasn't joking, I pulled a slice out and it was almost as big as my just turned 2 yr old. Great slice!!!!! Cheese, meat and crust is excellent!!!! Will be back with the whole family again when I come to visit for the full pie for sure. No flop on that massive slice, don't know how they pulled that off!! Love the HUGE NY Style slice, keep it up!!!!! Barstool Sports El Presidente type review, I'd give it an 9.8. Y'all will be seeing me again!!
I was craving a slice for lunch and seems a lot of the pizza stops don’t open until 4 so Benny’s it was! Biggest slice of pizza I have had-could not finish it. Crust was delicious and the sauce and cheese just right. Will definitely order again.
Pizza slices are just like real New York slices. Very good place to eat.
A small pizza restaurant that serves up a big slice of pizza! There is nothing fancy here, you order at the counter and either take out your pizza or enjoy it at one of six or seven booths or tables. I thought the pizza was tasty and enjoyed it's thin crust.
I got a slice to go and used my debit card. 5 minutes later I am told I had to rerun my card. I leave tips in cash upon receipt of my order. The girls working apparently did not think they were getting a tip so they ran my card again and added on a tip of $1.20. Now my $6 piece of pizza is $13.20!!! I called the manager the following business day and was told that it would take a week to refund me. This is totally unacceptable!!!! The pizza is great. The hired help is not!!!
