My fiance and I showed up at 9:30pm. As we pulled in to our parking spot the kids working there made eye contact through the window at us and didn’t look happy. As we got out of the car, they shut the lights off and went to hide. The sign on the building, Google and their phone recording when called said open till 10. Very unprofessional business.
Super ice cream as usual. Knocked one star because they had 2 people to serve a line of 12 and 3 cars in drive thru. Blame management.
I believe I was their first costumer for Valentine’s Day and I must say the employees are just as sweet as the ice cream! I appreciate them so much for their kindness!
The ladies that worked there on the evening of the 24 August 2021 were great. They really seemed to be enjoying their job. They were friendly and professional. It made our visit enjoyable. Honestly, I hope B31R, are paying them well... Great team!!
Ice cream was good. Service could have been a little friendlier.. Three young ladies and not one of them said anything.

I was working near this Baskin Robbins and they have awesome staff. For a franchise place I would still drive the distance to come to the one at 280 W. Coleman Blvd.
