Ordered chicken sweet and sour combination plate with egg roll and pork fried rice. The chicken was mostly breading and was terrible. I do like chicken to be noticeable in order to taste it. Egg roll was fine but pork fried rice was not memorable either. I will not return. To be fair my friend ordered roast pork with mushrooms and he like it. You could see the pork and that will be my lesson. Order dishes where you can see the meat.
I always thought Chinese takeout places were all the same...UNTIL the time I had burnt flavored egg drop soup at some other Mt.P spot and spent over a month living in Dallas, TX where Chinese takeout in plastic containers was evidently non-existent (I would never move there on that reason alone). No, I'm serious.Luckily, Bamboo Garden is a solid place. It's about what you'd expect for this type of restaurant, consistent, quick...I always get egg drop soup and tofu with mixed vegetables. No complaints. I also like the moo shu vegetables (thank you BG for not making your pancakes so ridiculously thin that they hold nothing) and shrimp with broccoli. Don't forget extra chopsticks for leftovers!
Orders are always ready for pickup and the food is cooked to order and always good, can't ask for more than that! ?

Pretty lower middle of the road Chinese. Not bad enough to not eat but I can think of several other places that serve up better quality for the same price. Honestly surprised given the ratings of this place. I wonder if they're paying for ratings.
I agree with other reviews. I am from the north where we have lots of take out Chinese to choose from. Bamboo Garden serves traditional Chinese food that rivals the food in the North. Highly recommend.
Food was fresh and the prices were reasonable.
Busier than usual so I guess that is why my food quality was not the same.
I have eaten from plenty of Chinese restaurants in my time. This place is literally the best that I have ever had! Any time that I am near there from now on, that is what I will be eating!
