Anytime we are in Charleston we make our way to Ardoa. They have a great selection of wines to taste and excellent cheese/ meats. We ended up buying a bottle to take with us home. P.S. Go during happy hour!
I ordered an online gift card for a friend and never received it despite reaching out countless times. Spoke with a bartender who was going to pass on the message to the owner and left numerous messages over a few weeks waiting for a call back. Went ahead and disputed my charge on my credit card because I’ve apparently been ghosted by this wine bar.
Ardoa is perfect for business professionals to work, couples for a date or a girls night out. The octopus I had was absolutely delicious along with the cheese and meat charcuterie board. The owner recommended a Pinot noir that is exactly what I wanted. I will be back the next time I’m in town for sure!
