Donuts were decent, but we expected flavored cake donuts/fillings and not just flavored icing/toppings. Customer service was subpar, as we had never been before and the ordering process is confusing without proper instructions. After making our custom donut order incorrectly, we asked nicely for them to be made according to our preference. The manager was sarcastically rude. We want to support small businesses but expect decent customer service.

Beautiful location and the inside was decorated perfectly. Very nice staff, very enjoyable way of ordering and you got to watch them make your donuts fresh in front of you. 10/10 would recommend

This place was better when it was Fractured Prune. This feels like a sad knock off. None of the toppings stick to the donut because of the glaze, I had to pick everything up from the box and put it back on. Fractured Prune was a 5/5, I don't know what happened to it, but it should be brought back to this establishment.

It you like Krispy Kreme this a no. These are cake ?. My donut taste like a super donut from elementary school... it wasn't bad, it just wasn't that good. Left an after taste in my mouth. They were also 3.60 a donut.... outrageous. 4 donuts cost me $16 and change. I will definitely pass next time.

Ok, the donuts are really good. I went here with my mom and dad while we were on vacation. If rating it 4.5 was an option I would only because the milk my mom was drinking was expired. Other than that it's good.

I visited Annie's hot donuts and ordered a ton of donuts to try out for our wedding. Amber was working and was extremely nice and helpful, letting me know they do deliveries for weddings and just to call with my order once I knew what time they should be dropped off. She left a note behind the counter in case a coworker of her's was working when I called so they wouldn't be confused.Someone other than Amber did answer and right off the bat he was extremely curt and rude. I placed my order for 10 dozen donuts and he asked what time we would pick up. I told him I was told delivery was an option with them and he said "well it's not" and then he hung up on me.I totally get disconnects can happen, and I am not upset this business cannot manage to deliver donuts. But, I have never had a company hang up the phone on me.Back to the drawing board for our wedding desserts, I would not recommend this business. Such a shame.

Annie's Hot Donuts is very good at what they do. If your favorite kind of donuts are the KK kind, you won't enjoy these. These are very cake like and similar to fair food. This is nothing against the shop itself, it's just not my cup of tea. The customer service was fine, the cashier seemed a little curt. It was neat seeing your donuts get made, albeit it was hard to look with how crowded the tiny shop was. Parking seems difficult with the limited spaces. If you like Dunkin' or cake donuts in general, you will most likely love this place. It's cute and they have a wide variety of unique donuts made to order.

Best donuts with a mid Atlantic connection. Fractured Prune is an Ocean City MD staple and never disappoints. Freshly made donuts served warm with so many great toppings.

Delicious donuts with incredible texture and flavor. Creative toppings and combinations. Possibly the best donut I've had (the OC Sand)! My whole family enjoyed the flavors they chose as well. Can't wait to come back!

As donut lovers, we found ourselves here when visiting Charleston. It's a build your own shop with some suggested combinations on the menu. The person working was not very friendly. They just have the sauces and toppings all sitting out and they dunk and top the donuts after you order.4 of us split several donuts. We got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Bacon Bomb, Blueberry Hill, and a BYO with caramel, graham cracker, and mini marshmallows. The donuts are warm and they were pretty good. I'm not a big fan of cake donuts (which is what these are), but these were a little better since they were warm.
