Every time I come here my food os hot and the services ate amazing I know we are familiar with the wings and things or the salads but if you have not tried the signature club sandwich you have to. I always add lettuce & tomato the sandwich do not automatically come with it. The sandwich is huge without the added veggies so it just adds more fun
We just to this Zaxby's because normally we have great experiences with other Zaxby's. They handled us with attitudes and disrespect. On top of that, after taking our order, reading it back to us and taking my card for payment, they then inform me of what they are out of. I ordered a boneless wings and things, after she took the payment and handed me my card, she then said, "oh we are out of boneless so you'd have to get traditional". Then I also ordered a Arnold palmer, no ice. They wait till after admitting they knew what it was and can do that, all of the sudden they are out of lemonade and filled my cup fully with ice on top of that. I asked for extra sauces, they charged me for them but did not give me them. Not sure who trained them or if any management is working tonight but that was unprofessional and not the correct way to handle the situation. I have my 8 week old daughter in the car crying so they knew I wouldn't want to waste anytime trying to get a refund or anything. Train your employees to tell customers what your out of prior to taking their money and giving an attitude about the changes that we have to accept now or go through a refund process. Also, attitudes are left at the door when coming in and shouldn't be directed to customers for any reason. The way they basically threw the bag to my wife as I calmed down our 8 week old and then quickly closed her window was childish and completely disrespectful.
Zaxby’s has always been our favorite but the last few times I’ve regretted it. A time before I found TWO long hairs in my salad. I prayed to god that they were mine but my hair isn’t black and a mile long. Tonight and the time before that the fries were not cooked all the way. They were floppy and tasted of dirt. The chicken wings are not cooked all the way. They are very fatty and undercooked. I got drinks and they didn’t fill them up all the way. I think I’m done with this place.
First, I got charged extra for a large Tea when they were out and I wanted water instead. Second, my sandwich was literally sitting in sauce so my bread was super soggy and I couldn’t even pick it up without it falling apart. Third, my fries were cold, and I only had two-three cars in front of me and it took 15 minutes to get through the drive thru, was very disappointed with this location.
Amazing food at an amazing price, I recommend the six piece chicken strips meal with double fries. Excellent value, nice quality, hot and fresh! And the cherry on top is fantastic service. Thank you to everyone here. Keep up the great work. We really appreciate having a wonderful place to come.
All of the regular sodas on the machine were out. There was a kid running the register who didn't know how to do it. There were other employees just standing around. We ordered a 6pc chicken strip dinner and only got 5. Probably the worst visit we have had.
Service was great, definitely a clean place, and the food made me want to eat Zaxby's every day. To bad this is not the restaurant near me. If around the area I'll for sure stop at this location again.
Courteous and delish! I ordered a family tenders meal and family boneless wings meal. The Buffalo garlic is tasty. But, the smell will linger in your car. The order was accurate and everything was hot and fresh. This location has never gotten my order wrong. I just wish they'd bring back their onion rings.
I pulled up here today as 2 other cars pulled in to the drive thru. It took them 15 minutes to take my order. To make it worse, both cars in front of me received 1 bag of food. I could here as each car pulled up they asked them to please wait. This has been the same experience here before exactly, not sure the reason for each person to wait before ordering, besides the kids talking, laughing and playing around. I would fire the manager and replace them. Evidently they are too comfortable! Problems like this are always a result of bad management.
Be careful when you order food for your kids. This is what they gave my daughter with her meal. I'm glad I didn't give it to her without checking it because it was already open and had black mold on it!
