went through the drive-thru, ordered and passed out food when home only to realize one of the sandwiches we ordered was wrong. Paid an additional $1.30 for a club only for it to be a signature sandwich called down there to speak with the manager, dude named ‘Darren’ picked up and called us a liar while explaining multiple times that he had, “personally made it himself.” management is absolutely terrible.
The food was cooked perfectly. Perfectly salted. Nice to eat at a Zaxbys that cooked the food so good. I will definitely be coming back to this location.
Fair. Ordered large fry and got a regular. Asked for extra salt didn't get any. Sandwich was on the smaller side and didn't have spicy sauce like ordered.
I love this location! My order was very picky and consisted of 6 meals for my family and I. They listened to every single detail and got everything correct. The people working here were very patient, which I appreciate a lot.
Just tried to purchase 30- $10 gift cards but couldn’t get anyone to help me at the counter. While standing there waiting to be helped two employees came up and put in orders for themselves to eat while on break. There was another lady in line with me waiting to order food. We both left when we couldn’t get any one to help us.
Just picked the kiddo from Lexington High I was driving and using the app. (the app. Glitched) picked the wrong store because we were right next to the store without noticing I ordered. Not even 10 seconds we pulled right into the drivethrou I showed takeout they said call and cancel I tried 3 times. Should have been able to get a refund. Left my name and phone number. Never got a call from manager. Bad ? we will never go back.

This place needs new management.. Placed a order online, was charged. When I get there they tell me they don’t have no order under my name. Gave them confirmation number/order number. Even showed them my bank account and they still refuse to give me my food. When I catch a attitude then they wanna tell someone to calm down. Never again!
I have had 2 experiences here. One was a week or so ago when I went during the day. There was a girl named Gracie who took my order and was very polite and helpful. At the window there was an Asian kid who was very quick and polite as well. My food was hot and I got everything I needed. However, I went again during the evening a couple days ago, and this was quite different. My order got messed up, and when I tried to talk to a manager, Lizzy, the manager, was very rude, loud, not understanding, and pretty much everything you don't like in a person. She did not remake any of my food, and left me quite unhappy. I think there are definitely people who work here who are helpful and polite, but there are definitely people who are quite the opposite.
