They managed to make mobile ordering less convienent and more timely than it once was. I arrived at the drive thru to get my order and was told I had to go inside to get it. I parked after waiting in line, went inside 2 minutes after I was told my order would be ready for pickup on the app, and then waited for 10 minutes because the "store didn't have my order yet and couldn't make it for me until it came through". After waiting for 10 minutes past my pickup time, the entire time standing under a big sign that said "PHONE ORDER PICKUP" and talking to one of the employees who is rapidly assuring me that "I'm sure we'll get it in any second". After an arbitrary amount of time passed, she finally thought to say "well did you check on the rack over there" and then points to a rack obscured from my vision by a line of customers. Expected to get my food in 5 minutes through the drive thru and spent 20 doing exactly what I used the mobile ordering feature to avoid. I would've canceled my order right when they told me I had to get out to get it if the app would have let me, but now I've just got cold chicken and one less fast food restraunt to patronize. Two stars instead of one because the lady was very nice, just not well instructed on procedure.
Terrible service by employees
This location couldn't get my food right...At the speaker I told the person specifically what I wanted...Got to the front and it was wrong...I told them face to face what I ordered and they still gotten it wrong like 4 times...Please help them...
Friendly staff, food was cooked great, easy trip ! :) Chicken finger plate never disappoints.

The worst zaxbys I've ever been to. It took 27 minutes to get through the drive through but there was only 2 cars ahead of me. They did not put salt on my fries or sauce on my chicken nibblers. The cashier was polite at least, but I would rather a rude cashier and good food. Probably won't be back to this location. Shame
Ordered the new signature chcoken sandwich. Looked nothing like the picture and it was soggy, not crispy. Very underwhelming.

This location has gone downhill over the past couple of years.... Always inconsistent. Sometimes dining room open, sometimes not... Sometimes fast and friendly... sometimes slow and incompetent.....Sometimes they randomly close early.... Sometimes they take drive through orders at a tent at the side of the building, sometimes in the normal location - Never any signage whatsoever to let customers know where they are taking orders at the time - Yesterday, me and four other vehicles pulled up to order roughly at the same time - the car in front of me sat at the speaker for 10 minutes, no answer. The line had stacked up for a while... then an employee comes out to all 4 of our windows, and tells us we have to get out of line and go around the building to the back of the line, and order at the tent - Nobody was at the tent when we all pulled up!!! Nor was there any signage to inform customers to order at the tent - the employee's explanation was that the order-taker was inside 'checking on an online order'- and that our only option to order was to get out of line and get behind the 7 cars that had backed up behind us, and wait again - instead of just walking over and taking our orders, which would have made more sense.... Me and and the other vehicles told to go wait at the back of the line again all left. I took my business to Chick Fil A.PUT UP PROPER SIGNAGE!!! Nobody knows what your ever-changing ordering process is if you have no signage, and your order-taker decides to disappear into the building for 10 minutes....
Good as Zaxbys can be, if your in the area, stop by for some good eats!
