Its unbelievable how great the $1.00 biscuits are. I was expecting that it would be some sort of smaller or cheap imitation biscuit. Thank you wendy's
Good food but it is now a long line drive through not a real restaurant and quality headed down.
worst store to pick up door dash. always have a 10 minute wait minimum. they call the order in ahead for a reason, wendys don't make the food till you pull up. its call door dash, not door walk.
We used the drive thru, there were about 5 cars in front of us so I figured we'd have to wait forever. (It's happened before) To my surprise it was very speedy. Our order was correct and hot! Nice job Wendy's ?
Ordered three items, per the receipt, and only received two. No chicken sandwich in sight. Of course, when I called for a refund (I live at least 20 minutes away) no one answers the phone. I shouldn't have to check my bag in the drive thru lane, after every single order. Additionally, I shouldn't have to count the number of nuggets in my order (received 9 lol).
Wendy's in general over here have gotten worse. The staff is very unprofessional and doesn't know what's going on. We just went to wendys today and they didn't know which window was for paying, they didn't add any of the sauces we asked for, and they gave us fanta(looking like strawberry lemonade) when we just asked for a regular lemonade. When we told them it wasn't right they just said "uh isn't that lemonade?" and when we said it's supposed to be yellow they went back and got it. The food was also never warm and was cold by the time we got home (about 10 minutes later). We have also had other experiences with staff being rude like when we asked for a regular cheeseburger and the person kept saying "What kind?!" louder and ruder every time we just said we wanted a cheeseburger. We have ordered a burger from Wendy's before and this never happened. Were we supposed to say "A beef burger patty, 2 buns, and cheese"? It's just very unprofessional and the staff requirements need to be more strict. Up your game Wendy's.
An ok experience yet a thought for management and ownership to remember, the slower your drive through service is, the very customers there waiting might consider going elsewhere because who likes waiting 8 minutes to get their ordered lunch when most have only a 30 lunch brake.

Fast and friendly service. There were no paper towels in the restrooms, but they were relatively clean. Food was on par with other Wendy's locations.
This stop made my night. It had been a very bad day. My family and I needed something to eat and do not go to McDonald's unless there is no choice. It was right at midnight. The places that should still be open (marked by there house) would not serve us or anyone else. We pulled into Wendy's expecting the same treatment. We we're so pleased that not only were y'all serving customers,but the service made our day so much lighter. The young blonde lady working drive thru really made our moods rise. It was midnight and she was still as friendly and charming as if it were noon and she wasn't at work. Our food was made to order and completely correct and so warm and fresh. Thanks for working the actual business hours and thanks for hiring such inspiring employees. I think the lady's name was Sadie or Sage. Please let her know she was a blessing. We will definitely be returning.
