I live in West Columbia and I go out of my way to get my Wendy's from here since it is usually made correctly. Today I mobile ordered 4 meal deals with extra smoky honey mustard on the sandwhich. Not a single one had honey mustard on them. I drive past Wendy's to get to this Wendy's and only because I assumes it would be right. Lesson learned.
I tried to get breakfast after walking over from my church, wouldn’t be waited on by anyone. Never going back to this location for breakfast, lunch, or dinner due to awful service and customer service.

This Wendy's won't give you dressing for salads unless you ask. It must be a policy since they leave out the salad dressing every single time I have ordered a salad. Drive past to the next place.
Was not impressed at all. Everything was below par. Inexperienced staff. They have lost the standards to make decent food. Do not recommend this location in Lexington SC.
This is a good Wendy's. They were getting hit hard at that time of day and didn't get ansy. They were polite and efficient.
went ordered food at wendy’s a salad 2 large drinks and two baconator fries and nuggets , the fries were cold nuggets also Spoke to a shift leader or I believe a regular employee who claim to be a manager but doesn’t know how to do a card refund then ask them if you could just refund me the cash considering the fact I have the receipt said no then claimed I was rude my wife told him he wasn’t making any sense then proceeded to become combative with her which was disrespectful to any man then proceeded to call his boss threatening to call the cops claiming i was trespassing then I called to verify exactly which store this was from and I spoke to him again claiming to be a higher up claiming that they were not able to do a refund because it’s a franchisee and I asked to speak to the franchisee because I’m sure they can get in contact with them and he said there’s no way and he’s never met him all over 14$
